I am rejecting this response because: This man is ridiculous & a thief! He stole my hard earned money I saved up and put as a down payment & stole every payment I gave which were always on timeBesides once that his stupid self is responsible for due to him having my car sitting at his place of business and not working on it as he said he wouldSo my brother and I missed alot of work & were on the verge of losing put jobsAnd I have proof to show that all I have stated is true and can and will submit all my proof to you and anyone else who may want or need to see the proofBesides the car he sold me is a lemon and he knew that because both his sales reps [redacted] and [redacted] said that was his carHe needs to pay me back what I put as a down payment and the payments I gave simce the majority of the time the damn car was parked due to being messed up and since he wanted to steal it and even wanted me to file a stolen vehicle reportMy payment was due the June 23, my brother and I called him , his sales reps and his place of business several times to ask for a lil time to give the patment because I would be getting my check on June 26, BUT AS ALWAYS THE NEVER ANSWERED OUR CALLS AND WE WERE WORKING SO WE COULD NOT GO TO HIS PLACE OF BUSINESSAND HE AND/OR PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM CAME AND STOLE MY CAR ON JUNE 24, SO HOW DOES HE SUPPOSE I DO NOT GIVE MY PAYMENTS?? Check on him, his cars and place of business HE IS A BIG FRAUDInvestigate him and those who work with him and you all will find out the truth [redacted] aka [redacted] aka [redacted] DBA Car Express Cheat, Lies & Steal from the people who go to his business with their hard earned money and trust him and his cars that all have some kind of ptoblemSo he can either pay back what he owes me for what I put as a down payment and the payments I gave which are as followed Feb23, $1,Down payment Mar9, $Rest of the down payment Mar22, $Car payment April 2, $Car payment May 24, $Down payment May 24, $Extra DMV Fees he charged Total of $2, So NO I do not agree to his reponse and we can settle this with him paying back my money
