To start off with this diagnosis our technician added one bottle of A/C dye, which costs $8.00, followed by two pounds of refrigerant in order to fully charge the A/C to determine the performance of the systemLet it be known that the materials that were added to the vehicle to aid in the diagnosis were not chargedWhile completing this specific diagnostic the technician noticed that the A/C leak was not the only problem with the vehicle, unfortunately the technician noticed a compressor leak that needed to be attended to among other thingsIt shifted from an A/C leak in the compressor to temperature controls not working properly inside the vehicle under the dast is because of this that more time was required to finish the diagnosis properlySince the customer was unaware of these issues the manager chose not to charge him/her more for the extra time spent removing and testing actuator motors and temperature doorsThe customer came in for an A/C diagnosis and the diagnosis was accurately deliveredUnfortunately the customer declined repairsThe $that the customer was charged was used to pay the technician for their time spent performing the diagnosisThe consumer believes that no one touched his vehicle, but that is not the casePer common curtesy the technicians and staff at Car Fix Incdo not leave fingerprints or grease stains in any the vehiclesAs for the car being in the same spot as when it was left, we believe that was a mere coincidenceThe business has five parking spots in the front, and those are the most frequently used since they are the closest to the front entrance of the buildingAttached to this response is a copy of the original invoice and a copy of labor operations that apply to this service.Respectfully Submitted,*** ***Car Fix Manager

Let it be known that the materials that were added to the vehicle to aid in the diagnosis were not charged.
