I am aware of the construction at Covered Bridge and I do understand what that intels. However, the friendly response submitted to Revdex.com was not the same friendliness in which I was met. I was told every day I called that it would be handled the same day and that it was a contruction issue. This whole deal could have been avoided by simply giving me a timeframe or a more feasible response example: Mr. [redacted], sorry for the incoviencenc, but unfortunately this is an ongoing construction issue, please be patient with us and allow time to fix the situation etc. Instead I had to call multiple times just to hear the same thing with a false timeframe, and when nothing happened, I called the supervisor and was met with great attitude. The only thing I am asking for is a written or verbal apology and better customer service in the future.
As far as the crime is concered, Covered Bridge may not tolerate crime, however, it is not crime free nor is any other place for that matter. I am sure the police are handling the situation as I was the one who called 911. I was simply pointing out this was another reason why the hall light needed to be fixed ASAP before something someone got hurt. I am aware that fixing the light would not prevent crime but would aid in identifying a suspect or describing an event in more detail as the hall was pitch black when the incident happened. compliant. We are doing exciting things at Covered Bridge. Covered Bridge is going through a substantial rehab, which involves moving parts, construction and leasing.
We were made aware of Mr. [redacted] work order request; it was recorded and completed as of March 5th.
In regards to the incident that's listed on the letter, an incident report was completed. Covered Bridge is a Crime Free Community. Indiana Police Department was made aware of this situation and is handling this case internally.
We're tremendously sorry, that Mr. [redacted] didn't feel that our customer service was not what it should've been. If he has additional concerns we would welcome the opportunity to resolve his issues and would appreciate his feedback.
