I have been taking all my cars to Car Guys for many years I have three teenagers with cars plus my wife's car I have always appreciated the level of service and how they have explained what they we're doing to our cars I always got a call before work was done I have heard of stories from friends about other shops in the area and every time told them to call Car Guys for a second opinion And they always where happy with the results
I have found the folks at Car Guy to be honest and fair. I brought in a list of repairs my Dodge dealer said I needed and [redacted] went through each one. I went from needing over $1,000 worth of repairs per the dealer to paying just over $300. That was about 5 years ago and I have trusted them with my vehicles and my friends' and families' vehicles ever since. There have been a few times I have come in with a concern about something on one of my vehicles and it turned out to be nothing or something minor. They don't take advantage of my ignorance on certain mechanical issues. I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle repair needs.

I moved from Seattle to Arizona 2 years ago, I had no one to recommend a good shop to take my mustang. I drove past The Car Guy shop on several occasions and decided to stop in and discuss some repairs for my car. The owner [redacted], personally took me on a tour of the facility and showed me what there capabilities were. I have had my car and my wife's car there for repairs several times over the last year and a half and have never been lied to or over charged for any services to any of my vehicles. I brought my mustang in to have a performance upgrade done, during this upgrade there are some timing parts that get replaced. These parts cost around $300.00, plus the labor involved. When I asked about replacing the timing pieces, I was told it wasn't necessary, that my pieces were in good condition. Most other shops would have taken advantage of the situation, and charged me for parts and labor the we're unnecessary. The Car Guy is an honest shop, with a knowledgeable staff, that cares about taking care of the customer. I will always take my family's vehicles here, and it's the only place I will have my mustang worked on. If you want honest work and fair prices, this is the only shop in the valley to take your car to! Thanks Car Guy LLC!
I would and DO recommend this shop to every single person I meet who is having car issues to the Car Guy. My entire family brings our vehicles to them, they do phenomenal work, I trust them with every job, and I am a DIY guy, if there is a job I can do, I do it, but if I don't feel like doing the job or lack the ability to do the job. Every time, they are the first and only shop I call. They are good for their work and good for their service.
