We received your letter yesterday and checked our Scottsdale mobile service logs for the date referenced in your cover letter ...and have read the consumer summary of complaint.

We have a signed completed work order with an original customer authorized signature on file for a 2007...

Chevrolet Suburban serviced  on 07-14-2014 ...your letter  referenced a 1997 vehicle which is not accurate according to our records.

ALL services offered by our company are flat rate service fees as posted on our website for labor to come out to the vehicle location, remove and replace a battery...ALL batteries sold and installed are brand new and come with a Manufacturers Warranty ...A ll of our costs are not only pre-disclosed and pre-authorized by our customers, they are simply fair and reasonable. FURTHERMORE , the customer during the initial and follow up phone ca lls disclosed that his son was outside in the family SUV fiddling with the electrical and/or the dead battery in the vehicle ...not well advised.

Our onsite service technician is an ASE Certified technician with over I0-yea rs of full mechanical replacement knowledge from vehicle jump starts to full mechanical engine removal, rebuild and replacement...so a battery replacement is not an issue and this mechanic continues to work for our company 70 hours a week with no customer complaints about quality and service.

We had to tow the customer vehicle 1 1 miles from their North Scottsdale Resort to a repair facility in the middle of the night and had the vehicle diagnosed by 7 a.m the following morning , contacted customer and had fuse replacement pre-authorized and ordered parts, replaced parts with genuine GM factory parts and ready to go by 8 a.m.

Customer and family member was provided a Cadillac Escalade courtesy service ride from their North Scottsdale Resort to the repair facility at no additional charge...easily a 150.00 value for a vehicle and driver tip in North Scottsdale...

Having been in business for nearly 28-years, the Revdex.com can simply look and see that there has been -0- customer complaints filed against my company. Furthermore, I am the person who not only accepted Mr. Patton 's initial phone call for late nite service assistance, I assigned the ASE technician myself and oversaw every aspect of this repair INCLUDING all telephone conversations as well as having ALL charges for repairs pre-authorized directly with the customer. We are not a resort that will simply remove "room charges" for services rendered but rat her we are a premier road side service in North Scottsdale that provides immediate assistance and resolution to local residents and traveling guests throughout Scottsdale AZ at fair and reasonable pr ices.

We have not heard from this person since 07/ 14/20 14 and at the time of delivery we provided the customer with a tour of our North Scottsdale repair facility, closed out the credit card ticket , obtained signatures, shook hands, wished him well on his retun trip home and provide him and his family member with water and Gatorade...standard practice with all of our clients.
