Nearly a year is too long to wait for resolve
I have been trying to get my money back for a car fob for nearly a year. I have talked to Julianne in KY to no avail. She asked me to send her a letter from the USPO stating they had lost the package, and I did. She promised me that she would check into why I had not received my refund. That was in Sept. 2023. She has promised to call me back at least ten times but has never called me back. She has no integrity; I am not sure your company has it. Every time I turned around, she had me jumping through another hoop with no results. I have called or contacted the van where I bought the fob at SAM's Club in Concord at least 20 times, and nothing has happened. I cannot afford to throw away $200+. I want my refund, and Julianne should be reprimanded for how she handled this situation. I have been more than patient and will be no longer. This company is not honorable; at least, Julianne does not seem to be.

The response they gave said they wouldn't charge for a transponder key but they charged me for a transponder($30) key wen I bought the car a year agoThe same guy that cut that time would have cut the new key and charged me $againI want $back for the fact it never was ' transponder/chipped)Why don't they have a chip reader like *** key cutting machine has?
