Review: I brought my car to Car kings for repair, I was charged $1,347.93 for the mechanic to repair the shocks and some other minor repairs, including $224.95 for Transmission Service w/ additive, $109.95 for Power Steering Flush, $129.95 for Flush cooling system, $129.95 for Computer Scan p2096, p0139 and $129.95 for L/R TPMS. It turns out he overcharged me for unnecessary things that did not need repair and for codes that I was never charged elsewhere. The reason he was supposed to also diagnose these codes had to do with the engine light on the dashboard that doesn't go away, and when he checked the codes it required for the mechanic to fix it on the spot, the mechanic claimed it would be another charge to check more codes in order to repair wherever he needs to do for the light to go away. At this point I was very upset that after paying $1347. 93 he still wanted more money. I was charged for codes but the engine light still on, and the car sounds the same as if nothing was fixed.

[redacted] brought her vehicle in and had various problems . check engine light on , noises from rear suspension .We diagnosed the problem a the time as a computer update which was covered by manufacturer 8 years or 80,000 mile . So we told [redacted] to go to Wayne Mazda ,which I personally call & spoke to a Service Advisor and explained . [redacted] waited 6 weeks and went to a different dealer , they would not help her . She called me and I explained it agian and she finally we to Wayne Mazda , Service Advisor was not there that I spoke with . Wayne Mazda tried to sell a great deal of work . [redacted] called me and I told her to bring in all the paper work that I gave her & the paper work the dealer gave her . I told her at NO CHARGE I would look at her vehicle again . I just wanted to make sure the codes in the computer were the same . Possible that more codes set the computer because [redacted] kept driving and did not address the original problem . As far as the suspension complaint , we installed new shocks & shock mounts in the rear ,which were neglected for a long time . The shocks were about the worst I ever sen in my 30 years as a mechanic. Lack of addressing one problem always leads to another which is hard for any mechanic to for see anything else . I also checked this out and told [redacted] that the rear sub frame might of been damaged because of neglect . All the other maintenance issues were fluid changes which seemed never done . I am a honest any hard working person and would never try to mislead anyone . I have been in business for over 20 years and my customer reviews speek for themselves .
