Review: took my truck in for a brake problem. a week later they called and but I forget my phone. a friend and I did stop in later that day. my truck was half tore apart already. I was told I needed a brake booster and a master cyclander. cost $600 dollars. I called two days later and was then told my abs pump was bad and that they could not bleed my back brakes. feed up by this time I asked if I had any brakes, was told yes. went to pick up my truck and the wheels were still off and noticed that they had broken off my right rear bleeder valve(needed to bleed rear brakes). not to mention the day before they told me that they did not have the tool to bleed the abs system. paid the $600 dollars and picked up my truck. had brakes for not even two weeks when the brake light came on and the pedal went to the floor. stopped in that Monday and talked with eric the owner. he said I was told that the brakes would not be right until I replaced the abs pump. I said fine, that I would throw away more money and he said that he would not work on my truck. I did threaten to take him to court and he said fine, good bye.Desired Settlement: I would even settle for half of my money back so that I could have my truck repaired by a real service station.

Review: Ms. [redacted] sold me a car on 3/23/14 and told me I would receive my registration and title in the mail in a few weeks. We are now at 6/3/14 and I have not received the title or registration for my car. My mom and step father have made contact with Ms. [redacted] and she has issued two different stories. Ms. [redacted] is the owner/co-owner and notary of this business, I contacted the state and they stated she had 20 days to submit paperwork for registration which has not been done. I also now there was a title issued 4/18/2014 but I am not sure who it was issued to. Ms. [redacted] told my step father on 5/29/2014 that she was in possession of the title and had it for about a week and a half, but again she has made no attempt to bring us the title to the vehicle.Desired Settlement: Refund and/or Title and Registration.
