signed by the customer, which clearly states that tires and alignments are non-covered itemsThis means that the customer is responsible for these costsI have been the General Manager at this location since January and the other day was the first time the customer contacted me about this alleged issueThe customer purchased the vehicle on June 13, The customer was upset because she claims she was lied toI told her I cannot speak on what she was told back in because I was not hereI also told her that she would need to have the strut fixed because she claimed the shop told her that was the problemAs far as hanging up on her boyfriend; that accusation is falseAs a matter of fact, the customer's father called me later that evening and threatened me with a lawsuit and he hung up on meCar Mart will always strive to provide quality vehicles and excellent service

How can the manager, who has only been there for 3 months now, claim I've never contacted them concerning this matter when I did in fact contact them back in November of 2013 when I bought the first set of brand new tires and was told my car was wrecked? I know that the service contract did not cover tires and alignments, but isn't it illegal to sell a customer a wrecked car without notifying them that it has been wrecked and there may be problems with it? I am not at all happy with the way this company has treated me and the "manager" was rude to my boyfriend that is why I had my father in law call. They were not rude to him so he shouldn't have been rude to them.
