Car-Mart of Hixson

This is by far the most immoral and scrupulous dealership I have ever seen. My daughter purchased a car from them in April. She drove it for 28 days because it would pass it emissions from the start. She took it back to the because it wouldn't get up to no more than 35 mph. They kept her car for 2 months. She got it back 6/6 and it still won't pass emissions after they called themselves fixing it. Now it's cutting off while she drive it. It cut off on the interstate. They gave her a dealer tag and came to her house and took it off the truck knowing full well it still won't pass emissions. She went to get another drive out tag and they would not give her one. The kicker is they told her she couldn't drive away with the car because it hasn't been registered since she had. Duh, it won't pass emissions. You can't register a car in the state of Tennessee without it passing emissions testing. Had to call the police just so they would give her the keys back. NO FRICKIN MORALS AT ALL. She had not missed not one payment even while they had it for 2 months.
