Was looking for a 2nd car with tax down payment Carmart had an mitubushi spyder GT Eclipse Upon test driving it with *** the sales man we noticed that the battery would not keep the car running and the car had a bad vibration
When we got back we began to talk to *** about the issues and how we would like the car but it would need fixing asap He agreed We signed the papers and left that night with the car The car was not drivable over the speed of with out the vibration pulling you all over the road It was weeks later and still had not heard anything from *** about fixing the car I decided to take it to GPC Tire and see if they could fix it The tire person came back and said the car should not be driven because the back is vary badly bent He put it on paper and I took it to *** *** then again said he would get it taken care of asap This went back and forth for weeks and months and still the car sat unreliable *** and *** both quit

I bought this car with the year warranty Everytime you turn around its breaking down and I have to pay a fee to get it fixedThe front end went out, I went in and told them they said it was fine to driveI drove it a few blocks and it broke, then I had to pay the fee to fix it plus a $50tow feeI took it in a few weeks ago on a Thursday because the transmission was going outThey told me about daysIt took over a weekI had over a half tank of gas, they drove it to Sturgis to a "mechanic" that works out of his homeThen I had to get a ride minutes to his home to pick it up days later after calling the mechanic and him telling us it's ready to come get itWe get there and he tells us just baby itFrom the moment we picked it up, it bucks and broke and is a piece of crapMy father in law who has worked on cars over years called the mechanic the next day to tell him this replacement transmission is bad and was told by the mechanic himself that he knows but we had t
