The tenant's original lease for this property started June 14
letter-spacing: 0.2pt;">th, 2013 and ran through July 31, 2014. [redacted] came in and said the home had been burglarized and gave me a copy of the report. The date the police report was made was May 3, 2014. At this point their lease was up on July 31, 2014 and could have moved but they signed another lease for another year. The new lease ends July 31, 2015. The lease was also signed as Sycamore Holding LLC as their landlord not Sycamore Realty Group Inc. They did have some issues with the water heater. The last report I have of that is January 3rd, 2014. I have copies of all work orders and maintenance calls. She also states that I agreed that she could break her lease. I never talked to her initially about this issue. [redacted] came into my office on November 17th, 2014 and stated that she had lost her job and they could no longer afford the home. I told him I would list the house and start showing it, and that once it was re- rented they would be let out of the lease. I also told them to make sure they left the utilities on since its winter so that none of the pipes would freeze or they would be responsible for any damage. I also told him I had a tenant that wanted a bigger place and I would call her and see if she was interested (which I emailed her and have the email I sent it on the 19th of November. My leasing agent also called her on the 18th to let her know.) The first time I talked to [redacted] was on December 9th, 2014. She came in to drop the keys off and I reminded her not to let the rent get behind and to leave the utilities on. When I told her this she looked shocked and said they had rented a house that was more expensive than the house they were renting off me and couldn't afford two house payments and she walked out of the office. That night a friend of a friend of hers on Facebook started sending me screen shots of Facebook post she had made that evening. Which normally I wouldn't care except they put my name personally as the landlord and people were threating injury to me and were looking up my info saying they were going to find me. I will enclose all copies of that as well; at that point I was done. All communication now has to go through my attorney and is being handled by them. I will attach the attorney's phone number and address in case you would like to contact them. I believe Mr. [redacted] misinformed Ms. [redacted] of what was truly said and now she is maliciously coming after me and the company with libel and slander. The bottom line is they signed a legal contract and then extended the contract for another year and this contract clearly states their responsibility and obligations. If they were truly upset about the water heater and the break- in they should have moved when their lease was up on July 31, 2014.

Mr. [redacted] only had his vehicle in my shop (Car Med Auto Body) three times, not eight. We did $1,400.00 worth of rust repairs on the rocker panel and cab corner. This work was done over a year ago and he has since wrecked the vehicle, doing damages to the front end of it. The accident that he has...

been in has nothing to do with the cab corners or rocker panels that Car Med repaired.
We have no clue as to why this letter is coming to us, we did the work that he paid us to do and it was done properly. He left with his vehicle the last time seemingly satisfied.

Thank you,

Review: Car Med was asked to do rust repair and an all over paint job on my truck. It was given a lifetime warranty and since May of 2013 has been back 8 times for various paint problems. Upon doing unrelated mechanical work to it, it was discovered that instead of fixing my truck, that Car Med has made it worse. After taking it to several body shops for an estimate, the estimates are more than the truck is valued at, therefore totalling it.Desired Settlement: The truck is totalled. The business should either replace it or pay for it to be fixed properly at a different place.
