I have proof that my account was mishandled and I fear that any further business with Cnac will be further detrimental to my credit and well being
In his original complaint, Mr. [redacted] indicated that the CNAC franchise had misreported his account to the credit agencies and that CNAC was hurting his credit. Per management, Mr. [redacted]'s credit report was pulled in an attempt to verify his statement of misreporting the account to the credit agencies. of the J.D. Byrider/CNAC franchise in question.
Mr. [redacted] is upset regarding his account. Mr.
[redacted] purchased a 2002 Dodge Intrepid on June 13, 2013 from the J.D. Byrider
franchise located in...
Euclid, OH. In
November 2015, Mr. [redacted] notified CNAC that his vehicle had been stolen and
wrecked. Subsequently, the vehicle was deemed a total loss. Per management, CNAC accepted $3,229.04 from
Mr. [redacted]’s insurance provider. Contrary to Mr. [redacted]’s original complaint,
his account is not paid in full. Mr.
[redacted] should be aware that there is still a remaining balance. CNAC is willing to settle the account for
$500, the amount of Mr. [redacted]’s insurance deductible. The J.D. Byrider/CNAC franchise denies
mishandling Mr. [redacted]’s account in any way.J.D. Byrider strives to
achieve the satisfaction of each and every customer. The J.D. Byrider/CNAC franchise was sorry to
learn of Mr. [redacted]’s dissatisfaction as expressed in his complaint to your
office. At this time, it is recommended
that he contact CNAC management directly [redacted] to discuss his options
regarding the account. The J.D.
Byrider/CNAC franchise will continue to accommodate Mr. [redacted] to the best of
their abilities, and hopes to move forward amicably in their relationship with

They have taken all my money and ruined my credit score.
