Review: There were many problems. No itemized billed. when asked. for total price of car, in when asked in email and phone. No returned calls Car was not ready when told. , we had to go out to dealership twice. after the first time they said they would deliver the car. I waited and took off work again but they never delivered the car. Also we were told to go the different dealership then car was at first place. After went to original location finance was done correct and not explained, not put in correct name of both buyers was promised new brake pad on front of car, they put on wrong pad, we had to pay to have correct pads place on Car. All of the fluids fluids in the car oil etc. washer , brake were supposed to be filled and changed. they were not. I was yelled at and treated as a dumb women.Desired Settlement: Refund for the brakes cost and labor along with other repairs that there needed. Refund for taxi and train fare for trip to locations when car was not ready.

[redacted] came to our dealership interested in our 2007 Mercedes Benz [redacted]. [redacted] and her husband both fell in love with the vehicle and decided they wished to purchase it. [redacted] decided she was going to finance the vehicle so she filled out our finance application. Because it was the weekend we could not get the approval until Monday morning. So she had to return another day to sign the finance contract. We understand That [redacted] is very busy individual but there was no way to give her the vehicle the same day.

When [redacted] came to sign the paperwork for the vehicle she said the only way she will purchase the vehicle is if we install new brake pads. Our mechanics had previously checked this vehicle and it did not need new pads but we told [redacted] if it makes her happy we will install new pads to the vehicle but she will have to return another day to pick the vehicle up. [redacted] agreed to this arrangement.

The nest day when the vehicle was ready for pick up [redacted] informed us she can not make it to pick the vehicle up and asked out sales representative if he can drop it to her home. He informed [redacted] that he will be able to drop it off but he can not promise when due to it being a Saturday and our facility was short staffed. [redacted] called us every half hour arguing with our staff about why we can not drop everything we are doing and bring her the vehicle. After about 10 phone calls she decided her husband will pick the vehicle up for her instead.

We at Car Place Inc. have never dealt with a customer this demanding. Everything had to be her way or she would have a fit. The complaint she is making is for the brake pads which we had already taken care of before she picked the vehicle up. Also we do not reimburse any customers transportation to your location. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First of all We never asked for new brakes , TK from He Would not release the car to us from Car Palace on the Tuesday we after signed the Chase fiance papers , He (TK) said he could not because of a problem with the brake) They lied about that in the response saying we asked for new brakes. then they place the wrong brake pads

Now Yesterday, I get a call from [redacted] from Fleet Finance processing division stating Chase who Car place Inc. had us finance through and only put my name on ( it was suppose to have my Husbands was well) Asked chased for the Car Title and they never received the Title. ( we since refinance with another company so my husband name was included which cost us more money

I have never received the the title either. This Company Car Palace has been a night mare to work with that won't end, not to not the numinous problems we have had with the car ( tire, engine, battery, and various parts) we have had to put another over $4,000 in auto work.

I look forward to any help to get the title and advise on small claim court, if Car Palace can not a make cash restitution to correct their and horrible treatment to myself and husband.

This will be the last letter in response to [redacted]'s complaint on her purchase with Car Palace Inc. When [redacted] came to our location she and her husband informed us that she only wanted to finance the vehicle in her name because he had no credit under his name. Her husband never filled out a finance application or signed the Chase Contract. They understood in full that she was the only one on this loan. If [redacted] refinanced this vehicle with another company why would Chase her and tell her she is the only one on the loan? [redacted] is full of lies which started from day one. Attached to this letter is also a status update on her title. It states that her title was mailed out to her on September [redacted], 2013. If you have any further questions or concerns please call

Review: I purchased a vehicle on august **2013 after 7 days the transmission was blown I returned it back to the dealer they told me 8 days my warranty will start they ran me around till it statred the warranty place paid for the transmission but not the light modulator which costs me $1000. I ask the dealer for the balance thr refused they ignored my calls when paid out of my pocket I back with the receipt they still denied I fell the bank paid them for the car I brought and they sold my trade in three days. they had the moneyDesired Settlement: I'm in a hold on bills because of the dealership
