Review: I bought auto parts on line through this company all parts where where returned and I received no refund I've contacted them several time . and I keep getting no results now the wont even talk to me like they have blocked my number and I cant get throughDesired Settlement: just call me back and explain what the problem is.

Review: I ordered an Engine Control Module (auto part) from [redacted] on 6/**/2013. Order# [redacted]. I shipped the part back on 6/**/2013 because the part was incorrectly ordered. RMA# [redacted]. It was delivered on Thursday, 06/**/2013 at 11:50 A.M. via UPS as confirmed by tracking# [redacted].

As requested, it was shipped to:

[redacted]NEW RETURN RMA [redacted]

Included in their instructions for returning parts was the statement: allow 5-10 business days after delivery to receive your credit. I called ###-###-#### and spoke with "[redacted]" about my refund on 7/**/2013. [redacted] said he would check with the warehouse and send me confirmation on 7/**/2013. As of today, 8/**/2013, I have not received any response or my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $202.80.

Review: there are two parts shown on their web site. the first pipe listed as a exhaust header pipe, part number [redacted] shows a stamped steel part at the front of the pipe with two welded studs at the rear of the pipe. second part listed as a exhaust pipe part number. 802-453 does not have the stamped steel part at the front of the pipe it has a rod with a piece of metal welded to it and no studs welded to the rear of the pipe. I paid for the pipe that shows in the photo the first part [redacted] with the studs and stamped steel front piece. $77.82 was the price paid. they sent me the cheaper part 802-453. this is fraud ! the phone number given is a tape loop and no one answers. the request for return form at their site comes up with a message .we are currently having problems please try again. repeated tries get the same message. email request to get details said they were the same part. they show two different parts and two different prices. false advertising!Desired Settlement: refund money and issue a pick up for the part.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Carpartsshed.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]they sent me an email with the return invoice attached, the part number listed on it is not the same as the part they sent. pn 802-453. the part I ordered bslw0133-16550310 is the number listed on the form. this was the more expensive part. if they list this number on the return invoice that means that is the part they should have sent. this is why I want them to send a pick up for part. are they going to tell me I sent them back the wrong part since their invoice does not match what they sent me? they list two parts all I wanted was the part I ordered. the phone rep told me I should just go out and buy the bolts that were supposed to be welded to the part I ordered.I should pay even more for their mistake.
