This is the absolute WORST place I have ever dealt with, we ordered a bumper and we were sent out the wrong bumper, had to ship it back wait for them to get before they would ship out another one, received the next one for it to be damaged it was so warped it was an inch to short on both sides! the box was so damaged we didn't know how we were going to get it back, they agreed to send out one out and when we received it we would use that box to send the damaged one out, next day someone calls and say oh we can't do that you have to ship that one back first It took an hour and a half and rolls of packing tape to get this box together enough to ship back, we get it shipped call them and tell them we want the replacement shipped back out, NOW they can't do that because they issued a refund so we have to wait and then reorder ...mind you that ever single time we call in we had to agree with them that this bumper would even fit our jeep we had contacted *** *** to make sure and once confirmed ordered but carparts would not update their system to where they wanted to argue every time it was the wrong bumper......we received the refund and they cheated us $1, yes it's only a dollar but still ....HORRIBLE customer service.....we ordered from somewhere else will NEVER order from this place again!!!

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have never in my life researched a car part for personal purchase, then have a mechanic install it on my vehicle. However, I recently moved to Texas and have yet to build a relationship with a mechanic I can trust not to upcharge me. Carparts.com came up from a [redacted] search, yet I still needed to enter in the specific information on their website, in order for my [redacted] specific part to display. After placing the item in my cart for purchase, I decided to call and ask what were the differences in the brands [redacted] vs. [redacted] of the Catalytic Converter. When I spoke with Arturo, he quoted a price of $455 for the same Eastern Catalytic Converter for a 2009 [redacted] in which my display read $351. After giving him the part number, I was told that the part would not fit my [redacted] and that the higher priced one was the correct part. Even after sending him two emails, one with the screen shot of the page displayed on my home desktop computer and another with a copy of the web address link I was on, (which displayed the CARPARTS.COM website and the price next to my vehicle) I was still told that it was not correct? Clearly, I was now skeptical, but simply wanted the correct part for the price displayed on my computer screen. After almost an hour on the phone, their supervisor named Lady, said that the best she could do was a $10 discount from $455 to $445 for the "correct" catalytic converter. She even explained to me that a [redacted] search would NOT change the web design of their page, and it was due to an error on the company's part for not having the correct part number displayed with my vehicle description. However, she insisted that the "system" would not allow her to go lower than a $10 discount. After reading this review, you should try to access the exact web address I sent Arturo as proof (if it isn't removed by the company), or just take a look at the photos of the screens shot I took. Either way, when a company can't make good on an error that THEY ADMIT IS THEIR OWN, then NO ONE at that business has the decency, nor professionalism to realize what it takes to be a good business in the first place....HECK they can't even live up to a mediocre status if they can't understand that out of simple GOOD FAITH, the price listed on THEIR WEBSITE should've been honored. However, just as it was a reason I made a phone call before purchasing a product from this company... it is also a reason that bad things happen to bad people. I understand that their supervisor "Lady" the one person who could've made a smart, honest business decision for the company she works for, says she believes in Karma...and so do I. She will learn her lesson one way or another. Making that phone call was my Blessing in disguise, and writing this review will be a Blessing to someone else.

Do not deal with these people. I ordered a part through Carparts.com and because part of the order I did not want and it was placed on
my order as I forgot to clear my shopping cart out, I asked tht they cancel the order and they told me they could not do this and had to order it was otherwise the order could be cancelled which I agreed to.. They contacted
their manufacturer which is this place in California and the Cancellation Order was ignored and the order was prepared and packed and sent
out two days after the Cancellation order was placed. Carparts.com told me I had to accept the order and then get a return number from
them - well I cancelled the order and the warehouse in California had sufficient time - two days - to acknowledge the Cancellation.

Very bad business to deal with - they make your order as if you have to accept it or otherwise, they will delay refund .
warehouse just ignored the Cancellation Order. Don't know.
