Dear Sir The customer [redacted] was here on 01/04/and make his payment and we asked him what happened to your transmission is it working fine he said oh yes it is working fine I dont know what happened but it is fine nowso as we dont know who is sending you guys this messages as complained to Revdex.com if customer mr [redacted] has no problem with van.please if any question fee free to contact us [redacted] thank you [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: They are lyingThey told us they were not geniuses and were not going to fix the carIt was the second car they sold to us that was not workingThey never offered to fix it and said that the engine light was not onWe explained to them the the van was not accelerating and smelled of smokeThey wanted proofWe believe they wanted to drive around to one, prove a point but without being mechanics or geniuses as he said, what was the point? We wanted a report from the mehanicWe also believe they wanted us to drive around so we could exceed our mile warrantyThey were very rude to us and walked away without giving us a solution and telling us to call our IawyerWe wanted to contact you guys first and if they do not resolve this matter, then we will take legal action

I am rejecting this response because: I find it very amusing that when *** goes there to make his payment they ask a question and when he tries to explain their response is they do not understand him because his English is very limitedHe never said it was okayHe did however try to explain it is still making noiseThey have never told him to bring it in or have tryed to fix the problemMy number is *** if you have any more questions

We received letter from Revdex.com on august for complain from customer *** * *** for *** Durango aboult her passenger rear window which is not working.The window was fixed properly and the customer was satisfied after two week she call us back aboult the window is not working and we
asked her this is the same window as we fixed she said yes, no problem bring the car we will fix it againShe brought the car after few days and the window was all in parts door penal was out of the door and we asked *** what happend who did all this and she said her friend work on itWe told look *** when you called we told you to bring the car we will take care of it and now you brought the car after few day since you called and the window is in parts so now who ever worked on your car and pull all bolts out they need to put it back same way than we can look at window but right now which parts goes where it hard to findshe left and now we received the complain form Revdex.comwe call few time *** to help her but never got hold of her left few messages and still no response back. Our goal is customer satisfaction we respect our customer and their corporationThanks for your time and concern if any question please feel free to call us at *** *** ***Thanks

I am rejecting this response becauseThis issue has not been resolvedWe want a day and time to be given so that the van can be inspected and fixedAlso, no plates have been given for the vehicleWe want Car Plus to fix the carHe states that the days have passedWe have been waiting for this issue to be resolved since 12/5/and we have yet to get a responseWe want a date and time when we can drop iff the vanThey are ignoring the issue and giving us the run around

We received a letter by mail on 12/12/2016 and customer by name of [redacted] complained about his vehicle problem which he purchased it from us on 11/23/2016. Car plus provide 30 days or 1000 miles warranty whichever comes first an Mr. [redacted] came to our dealer and explained about his...

issue and we advised him to go with us on test drive because there was no warning on check engine light and show why as you said the car is not shifting and then [redacted] refused to take us for test drive because he said right now its shifting fine but sometimes it shift hard and he also mentioned to buy different car because he doesn't like the van and he left and after an hour he brought a lady that she was mentioning herself wife of Mr. [redacted]. She was very rude and impatience arguing over problem with vehicle and threatening us of her lawyer.I was trying to tell Mr. [redacted] since he doesn't want to go on test drive with us take the vehicle to your trusted mechanic to see if transmission has really issue and as of our customer we will help you if the transmission has really issue, but he never did and complained to Revdex.com and he did not cooperate to do as we told him.As business we always try to do our best to help our customers and we want customers satisfaction and corporation as we advised them. Mr. [redacted] is our customer and we want to help him, but if he cannot cooperate to take his car to one of his trusted mechanic for diagnostic, to see if it is transmission issue than we can not force him do if he doesn't want to cooperate.Our customer satisfaction is our goal.Thank youOwner

As we are geting this complain from Mr [redacted] wife as she is mentioning herself his wife regarding the transmission isssu which they refused to take us for test drive to show what  is wrong he said it running fine now but some time it does it  and we told [redacted]  to take the car to 3rd party inspection aboult transmission issue if there is any issue with transmission we will take care all the cost and he  never provided to us any 3rd party inspection because he knew there is no issue with  transmission. Mr [redacted] purchased this vehicle on 11/23/2016 and paid his own money and put only his name on contract his wife is not in contract but she constantly sending complain to Revdex.com since the day first without any 3rd party inspection. Mr [redacted] came here on 01/04/2017 brought his first payment as we asked him what happened to your transmission did you get 3rd party inspection report he said no it is working fine now he left and his wife still sending this complain to Revdex.com.There is no issue with transmission and [redacted] is driving the car every day for his personal use and also his warranty already expired without any prove of 3rd party inspection.if any question please feel free to call us [redacted]

30 day 1000 mile warranty

Review: On the date of purchase (7/18/15) I was told to come back in a few days so the back passenger window will be fixed. It did not roll down at all. I came back and the dealership fixed it. After driving the car I realized the power lock did not work on that door anymore, but the window did. Then a couple weeks past and the window fell off the track entirely and was all the way down. (Mind you, it is 100 degrees in California) I called my dealership and they said to come in the following Monday. I was not able to make it that day and scheduled to make it in on the upcoming Friday. As they were looking at the car they saw that I had removed the door panel to push the window back up. I did that because I did not want my car getting stolen or broken into. They proceeded to tell me they could not fix the window because it was two days out of the warranty and they will not touch it because I touched it. I did not misuse the window in the first place and it was broken before I even bought the car. Shouldn't they fix the window, and shouldn't it be covered under the warranty because it was broken before I purchased the car.Desired Settlement: I want the car dealership to fix my window so it rolls up and locks again. I do not want to get my car stolen.
