 I was never told by James or his workers they could not install my carport. James you told me when we spoke that evening that you needed to reschedule it for Sunday because ur buys had to go to Dallas and that you needed to change the poles out. I actually recorded this conversation because I was unsure what would happen. You sent your workers back the next day to pick up the poles and exchange them out for poles that can be mounted in the ground, they cam at 8am that next morning. So as your previous response saying that I have all the materials is untrue. They came and got them with the intention of coming back to do the installation on Sunday. when they came back to pick up the poled the works dug two whole in the slab in order to prepare from them to install the new poles. I also spoke to you about two weeks ago and you said that you didn’t keno when you could install my carport because you were to busy. Also I was specifically told by James on the phone that he wasn't willing to refund the $300 balance because he had to send his workers out again once they got the new poles. I am very confused that you are now saying the install can not be done.

The facts are simple carports unlimited went out to install the carport and the address and the concrete that the customer installed is not in any way done correctly it is very dangerous and cannot hold a freestanding carport . All the carport material was left on sight and customer was told the...

concrete was not safe and it needed to be busted up so that carport could be installed  in a safe manner . Carports unlimited was contracted to build a concrete slab and the customer wanted to save money and a week later and let his friend do the concrete slab however the slab is not square or safe to build on if customer wants to build carport he must tear existing slab out then carportsunlimited will be glad to install I james [redacted] will not allow any construction on a slab in which someone could be injured or possible killed on . Customer has all carport material on site .
