Hello, I am responding to *** ***'s complaint and have done a little bit of research. At the dealership level we do not report to the credit bureaus. My records indicate the lease of a Niro on 3/25/trading in a Forte. I have attached a copy of our internal payoff
to Kia Motors Finance for the Forte made 3/31/17. I have also left *** a voice mail with my cell phone as I may be able to help. It appears this is a KMF issue not a Car Pros Kia issue, but *** is our customer and I want to make sure she gets taken care of. David G*** GM

I am not sure why this complaint from Oct of 2016 recently surfaced.  I have had my service manager Jeff L[redacted] reach out via voice mail and email with no response.  David G[redacted] GM
