hello im sorry for the delay I have been under the weatherIs it possible if the following claim can be re-opened ID # [redacted] - Car Protection USA I have not received any emails containing any information on how to contact the businessThe final payment was made on the 23rd of September Yes the policy is still activeI have contacted the billing agency and they will no longer take any payments for the accountNow I would just like for Car Protection USA to refund my deposit and as promised initially upon activation of the policy and then have the policy terminated.Thank You

I received a letter about the factory warranty on my truck that I recently purchasedI was told that if I wanted to cancel the policy then I would be able to do so and have the down payment refunded back to meI recently found out that my vehicle came with an extended warranty and I need to cancel this policySo naturally I tried to contact the company an cancel but unfortunately I have not been able to do so with the companyI contacted the claims department and had them contact with the payment collection agency (Omnisure Group LLC) to contact me and they are unable to cancel the policy since it has to be done my Car Protection USA

I purchased an extended warranty on my Nissan Versa Note and paid $as the down payment on December 5th, On the 7th of December 2017, I called to cancel and they gave me a confirmation number but that was all I receivedI waited until the December 21, to call them again because I still haven’t received my refund of $and customer service said that my account shows that I cancelled but the department that was in charge of that was closed, took my number down and said someone would call me the next dayThe next day no one called me and because of the holiday I waited until December 26, to try and call them again but the phone kept ringing and no one answered and I was calling during the right hours that they stated they were openAlso tried calling multiple time today, December 27, and the phone kept ringing but now there wasn’t a voicemail it just said “leave a message for 626-624-and that’s not even the number I calledI called the same number I’ve

This customer spoke with a customer service agent and they did start the process for a refund for Ms***After speaking with the customer again she did not agree with her refund amount, so they did inform her finance would review it and see if there is anything they could do but this would take a
little bit longerThe customer refused the amount and has not contacted customer service againThe customer is more than welcome to give us a call Monday through Friday 7am to 3:pm pacific standard time and we would be glad to assist her

After reviewing Mr*** file and the notes attached he has been able to speak with customer service several times and also made a payment through them by providing them with a new form of payment to keep his policy activeHe was also contacted by quality control to ask if he had any questions or
concernsHe must not of had any but I do see they provided him with a emailNo where do I see after all the times he has spoken with anyone from customer service has Mr*** attempted to cancel or mentioned wanting to cancelHe has the customer service number in his email and knows the hours of operation which they tell him during verification and again when quality control callsIf Mr*** has any questions or concerns he is more than welcome to contact the customer service number attached to his email and once again they are open Monday through Friday am to 3:PM pacific standard time

I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT OF $DOLLARS FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY (BUMPER TO BUMPER) WITH A GUY NAMED ORIS ON APRIL 9, HE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND ME DOCUMENTATION/CONTRACT THROUGH MY EMAIL AND ALSO BY MAIL, HE SAID I COULD GO OVER IT AND IF I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THE WARRANTY I COULD CANCEL AND RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND, SAID I HAVE DAYS, AND ITS BEEN ALMOST WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANYTHING TO REVIEWI AM FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I'VE CALLED TWICE AND NO ONE ANSWERS, I LEAVE VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLSMY DAYS ARE ALREADY GOING TO EXPIRED AND I WOULD PREFER TO CANCEL INSTEAD AND GET MY DOWN PAYMENT BACKORIS SAID I COULD CALL BACK COSTUMER SERVICE AT 866-327-6685, NO ONE ANSWERS

Don't trust anything about that company, they are not reliable and responsible at allBelow are the things happened to me recently
At the very beginning (5/1/16), when I decided to have the contract, they told me that I can have a full refund if I cancel itAnd I double checked it with the salesmanThen, I cancelled it because of my increasing expenses but I did it in days (5/11/16)They told me that I can get my refund in 6-weeks However, in months, I got nothing During that time, I made several calls, but they just dodgedThen, and finally, they told me they wrote a wrong addressWhat a ridiculous thing!!!! You know, the address which is on the contract and the cancelling files are correctYou know what a funny thing happened later, they told me that I just can get $back when I made the final callWhat are they doing!! I feel like I'm being cheatedThey started to hand up my phone, which is so so so rudeIn page of the contractit was said I can get full

We purchased an extended warranty from them on a Nissan Frontier and we paid on it and paid it off in yearsWe traded the Nissan and was told by the company it would take 10-weeks to processIt was submitted on 4-06-We are still getting the run around and not being transferred to finance or someone in chargeThey tell you they will call back but never doWE WANT OUR MONEY BACK
