On 10/16/17, the customer renewed their vehicle registration with us. Then, on 10/17/the customer paid the DMV for the same vehicle registration. We were not aware of this until this complaint was filed with the Revdex.com. We refunded the customers entire purchase

In order to resolve this dispute, we have agreed to accommodate the customer and remove the VLT stop today with the ***. This may take up to business days for the *** to complete the process
Please note: On 01/31/2016, we transmitted $to the California *** on the
customer's behalf (proof attached). The registration was due on 01/08/and our action of posting fees at that time prevented additional *** penalties for the customer. On or about 02/01/2016, the customer filed a chargeback on her credit card causing us to lose $and the VLT stop to be placed. Now that we have agreed to remove the VLT stop, This transaction is on us
By law, the CA *** required a smog test in order to finalize the registration renewal. It appears that the smog test was completed on 03/10/2016, so the customer will need to follow up with the *** directly to obtain the sticker

Car Registration, Incis a licensed, vehicle registration service with the California ***. We are here to help those who are in a hurry or wish to avoid the ***. Unlike the CA ***, we offer next business-day delivery and same day E-copies of validated registration
cards. We also offer telephone and email support, with no wait times from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday-Saturday and 12:00pm to 6:00pm on Sundays. We make no claims that we are part of the ***, nor do we wish to deceive anyone that we are the ***.When the customer called our office to cancel on Saturday, 03/03/2018, we promptly refunded his money on the same day (see attached). The funds were deducted from our account on the next business day, 03/05/2018. On 03/10/2018, the customer told us that his bank can see the refund, but for whatever reason, his bank did not credit his account. Under circumstances, customers receive refund credits from their bank within 48-hours. We have made two offers to the customer to establish a three-way call with him and his bank. The customer would not allow us to provide this service, so our attempts to resolve the issue in this manner is not being permitted by the customer.As it stands now, we can only hope that the customer's bank has finally credited his account. If this has not happened, we are still willing to have a three-way call with him and his bank to do our best to resolve this issue.Thank you

In our response to the customer and the email that was sent to her: It takes the *** business days to process the removal of the *** stop. It has been business day. This *** stop will be removed, but we are waiting for the *** to process it. We will contact the *** and ensure that it is in fact being processed. The customer has already charged-back her credit card purchase for the fees that were paid to the *** on her behalf. We are removing the *** stop as a courtesy

We are a licensed vehicle registration service with the California DMV and legally permitted to issue vehicle registrations to the public for a processing fee. We provide consumers with an alternative to standing in line at the DMV along expedited delivery options.
We serve those who are in a hurry or wish to avoid the DMV. The customer chose not to complete a transaction with our company. We have deleted all information related to the order. We do not share consumer information with any third parties

When we completed this order on 04/07/17, we emailed a copy of the new registration card to the customer and posted the registration fees into the DMV system. Then, the original registration card and sticker were apparently lost in the mail by the US Postal Service. We
spoke to the customer today and were told that he noticed that the plate on the registration card was different than the actual plate on his vehicle. When he purchased the vehicle, the dealer bought new plates for the vehicle and never gave them to him. All this time, he did not have the correct plates on the vehicle. He went into the DMV this morning and confirmed that he did not have the correct plates and was able to obtain new ones along with the correct stickers. After our conversation with the customer, we believe that the issue has now been resolved
