I am rejecting this response because:
The merchant has been lying about this situation ever since it occurred. Those four other passengers in the car are WITNESSES to the fact that NO ONE threw up in the vehicle. That is a flat out lie. I have a recording of the merchant changing their story several different times within one phone call, hoping to scam me. The price was quoted at 15.00, for which they then charged 155.00, hoping to make gains on a customer. Terrible, terrible customer service. There was no call made right after the incident, but not until a few days later, in which I did say I would be disputing the charge because it is a LIE and a SCAM. We traveled less than 0.3 miles, and the driver was indeed given the address. We rode from one location to another, only making one stop. I have other transaction records to prove this. I suggest that NO ONE EVER use this business, unless you want to be scammed and cheated.
