labor warranty was 1 year or 12,000 miles (see the attached signed original invoice), we honored the lifetime part warranty and the manufacturer's $35 an hour labor rate credit, see attached Labor Warranty Reimbursement Request from the vendor. That left the remainder of the labor rate for you to pay, which you agreed to per our phone conversation on February 16th. I also did not charge for coolant that was needed to fill the radiator which would have been additional. If you still have questions on this please call us or stop in for further explanation.

After consulting the manufacturer regarding the warranty, they stated it is fully covered and verified this is for both parts and labor. This "labor warranty reimbursement form" from the vendor will have to be reviewed.
The manufacturer stated "We fully cover labor and part when purchased from a shop."
No indication was ever made at a discounted labor rate by the manufacturer.
Having a warranty implies replacement without cost.
There is no purpose in having a warranty if it costs you money. That's why you get a warranty.

We are sorry the customer still does not understand the warranty process. No lifetime warranty was ever implied by C.A.R. Shop Inc. See attached invoice. The warranty with C.A.R. Shop Inc ended on July 30, 2014. The distributor's warranty is with C.A.R. Shop Inc only. Customer has incorrect manufacturer, 1-800-RADIATOR is a distributor not a manufacturer. Any warranties between C.A.R. Shop and 1-800-RADIATOR do not apply after the part is sold to a customer. The actual manufacturer is Pacific Auto Company. Their warranty states All Pacific Best Inc. products have a limited 1 year warranty against manufacture defects.
