We voided the 3 month warranty and extended it to 6 months. This Warranty has expired on 12/5/2016 nine days before Ms, [redacted] submitted this complaint. Review: I called them about a car that I seen on their website they told me 8,900 for the car I said I had 3,000 to put down he said he was gonna see if he could get me approved for a loan which he called me back and told me yea and that I would have to put 3,300 down instead, I said ok I told him I could come in the next day and he said ok and would have my paper work ready so I went there he never told me over the phone or there was no where on the website that since I'm financing the car price would go so I ended up paying 2,000 more for the car it ended up being 10,900 instead of 8,900 then he told me to tell the bank that I put 2,500 not 3,300 down he gave me some crazy excuse for it. So I drive off with the car and bring it right back I live 40 to 45 mons away I had to leave the car wait all day till 7 at night when I went there at 10 in the morning for them to tell me they fix the issues the car was having no they didn't the check engine light came on oil was leaking the window wasn't working ac wasn't working I ended having to bring the car back 4 times on all my day offs for then to say they fix the car and they didn't fix everything the car jumps so bad sometimes when you go into drive or reverse and I still never received my registration stickers and it's almost 2 months later. I want 2,000 back that I had to pay 2,000 more for a lemon. The owner never believes when you tell him something is wrong with the car and wants all cars to go to his mechanic and that's bc they are friends so they cover for each other they rip offs and then had to deal with going back and 4th with this car wasting my money and time.Desired Settlement: I want 2,000 refunded back to me I was told 8,900 for this car I paid 10,900 for a lemon nothing buy problems and lies from this owner and he don't believe anything is wrong with the car.
