Review: I purchased a truck from CARSTAR, started it approx. 5 times and had in my possession for 8 days, now the truck will not start. I contacted dealer and asked if they were willing to help me. I was told "NO" you did not purchase a warranty so you need to take care of it. I was willing to tow it to their facility, I ask if they would simply look at this truck and tell me what is wrong! I did not ask them to pay the tow which would be more that $200.00, however, I only asked if they could please give me an idea of problem, I would think they looked over the truck before they sold it to me, as they did say it was inspected and in excellent running condition.Desired Settlement: Waive final payment of $211.00

I spoke with the company regarding this complaint. The company stated the reason the vehicle would not start was because a light was left on in the vehicle. The customer came to the office on July 1 to make his payment. The company states that the customer did discover the problem himself.
