August 18, 2017Dear [redacted] ,I am in receipt of your letter dated 8/3/regarding a complaint submitted by [redacted] Please accept this letter in response to that complaintI am very sorry that [redacted] feels that he has been mistreated by my companyWe take pride in giving our customers a fresh start and second chance.In response to [redacted] ’s complaints I would offer the following facts [redacted] purchased his first vehicle from Truck Mart LLC on 9/9/The vehicle [redacted] purchased was a [redacted] with approximately 139,miles on itIt was a used vehicle and presented as such.1.The vehicle was sold “as is” and with no warranty as evidenced by the attached Buyers Guide[redacted] signed a “No Warranty Disclosure” also attached with [redacted] ’s signature.3.The vehicle did contain a Pennsylvania certified inspection done by [redacted] and additionally had $2,worth of work done prior to [redacted] taking possession of the vehicleInvoice and work performed are attached [redacted] ’s statement that our vehicles do not have a certified inspection is false[redacted] ’s first vehicle did not have a warranty as evidenced with attached paper work signed by [redacted] His claim that we did not stand behind our warranty on the first vehicle is because there was no warranty[redacted] ’s claim that we sell junk without properly looking at it is also as evidenced by the almost $3,that was spent on his vehicle prior to [redacted] taking possession[redacted] approached Truck Mart LLC in April of about purchasing a second vehicle and in fact purchased the second vehicle a [redacted] on 4/27/17.1.The vehicle did have a certified Pennsylvania inspection by [redacted] and approximately $2,worth of work done to it with a significant amount of the work being done by [redacted] Copies of invoices attached[redacted] had a day 50/warranty on the second vehicleCopy attached.3.We acknowledge that [redacted] did have some trouble with the second vehicle after taking possession of the carTruck Mart LLC did its best to address his issues and even provided a loaner car on 5/16/while we worked on his car [redacted] ’s statement that we would not provide a rental car is falseHe was in fact given a loaner car as evidenced by the attached loaner car indemnity signed by [redacted] In fact [redacted] was not charged for the loaner car nor charged for his portion of the 50/warranty of any of the repairs preformed under the warranty.If in fact [redacted] was so dissatisfied with the first vehicle he purchased why did he come back and purchase the second? [redacted] ’s accusations that Truck Mart LLC is shady and has no respect or care for the quality of vehicles that we sell are both false, misleading and slanderous as evidenced by the enclosed documentation signed by [redacted] I respectfully request that the Revdex.com closes this case [redacted] has presented and misleading information to the Revdex.com.Respectfully Submitted,Dirk B.President
