Hi ***, In response to the complaint from Mrs***, she did come in and purchase a Chevy silverado in July however, the transaction is not as she mentioned.We offered her $for her trade once she had revealed to us that she did not bring the title to her trade we gave her the
option of keeping her trade and replacing the amount with cash since her trust was only willing to give her a certain amount of fundsShe agreed and wrote us a $check but she insisted she wanted to get rid of her trade in.So we gave her weeks to produce a title or I would cash the $checkShe agreed to this and we assisted her in filling out the lost title application, however the one filled out was for Texas not ColoradoAfter she told us it was a Colorado title our finance manager explained to her she had to contact Colorado Motor Vehicle Department to get the title because we would not be able to get itshe agreed to this and the transaction was completed for the momentweeks go by we reach out to Mrs*** to inquire about the title ; she becomes very rude, hostile and argumentative, accusing us of trying to steal her vehicle and her $We try our best to explain that we can not get the title from Colorado that she has to do it and she refuses to listenWe finally come to an agreement and she says she will try to get it, another weeks goes by and we call again and we repeat almost verbatim the 1st conversationwe explain to her she has to get it or I'm cashing the $checkAnother two weeks go by and I made several attempts to contact her with no successShe rejects our calls for weeks So we cash the $check like we were supposed to if she did not produce her titleThe check of course has been put on a stop payment but she finally called once she was notified by her bankAt this point she begins to ask for her plates and I explain that I can not file for them until she produces a title , And the very next day we receive the title via overnight from herThe following business day we go to transfer the Chevrolet she purchased from us into her name and our local agency can not transfer into a trust without a certain affidavit signed by the trust and herThis affidavit was never presented to me by Mrs***She did give me paper work regarding the trust but this specific from they require was not one of themSo we reach out to her again regarding this form required to transfer the titleshe again becomes hysterical, rude and unwilling to realize that she is the one required to provide this form not us, she's the one required to provide a title not us but yet she refuses to take any responsibility.We also did mail her a copy of the form that our tax office provided us with certified mail and ask made note with that for her to sign it and mail that back to us and she never did and finally after a few days asking her for the form to send back to us she has someone from her bank fill out the form and email it to us We take this copy to our local tax office and they reject it saying they need the original and I have all theses documented and is in Mrs *** file at car stopI reach out to Mrs*** again, and she reveals how hysterical she can truly be, calling me a liar and a thief and every other word you can imagine.I would love to transfer this title for Mrs*** with her providing this easy form sign and mail it back to us and would be so easy and fast but I can not until she provides the required documentationshe is well aware of the form needed, she had her banker fill it out and email itAt some point she will need to take responsibility of the fact she did not provide us with very important documents needed to finalize this transaction and we tried to help her every way possible but we been pushed to the corner by her every timewe have been in business for years and we don't have any intentions of doing bad business in any way shape or form and all our employees are well trained to respect and taker of any customer comes to our dealershipI hope she provides the original from and sign it and mail it back to us so we can get this deal completed and get the title and registration done on her vehicle as soon as possible.Thank you*** ***Car stop inc.***

To respond to this complaint, Mr. [redacted] came here the day he was trying to purchase the truck and drove the truck. After driving the vehicle he agreed that everything was good and that he liked the vehicle he decided to purchase the vehicle and sign the contracts. The next day he came to the...

dealership and said he did not want the vehicle and that the vehicle had issues and he did not want to continue with the deal. We offered to take the vehicle to the Dodge dealership because the vehicle is still under factory warranty and they would of fixed the issues with the vehicle if there was any, and Mr. [redacted] refused to do that. He still did not want the vehicle. By this day the contracts were already at the bank and was verified and completed. Car Stop is here to protect our customers, my question for Mr. [redacted] is, when you came to Car Stop to purchase the vehicle and sign the paperwork and agree to the numbers provided by the bank and left here happy and please with the vehicle and service that was provided, why come back with in 24 hours and decide to cancel the contract that was already at the bank? If there is any issue with the vehicle he can bring the vehicle here so that we can send it to the Dodge dealership for further diagnostics at no cost to the customer.
