Car Stop

Review: I purchased a [redacted] B.03 from Car Stop on 8/2/03 I paid cash straight up.I find it hard to get any service on anything after payment was made. The first week that I had it the temperature gauge was indicating pressure problem. I called the dealer they had me to bring it in and leave it there so they can fix the problem which they did.A week later I started hearing this noise that was coming from the front of the truck on the driver side. I called the dealer back was told to bring the truck back that they would take care of it. My truck sat on the lot for a whole week without a call.I called the dealer thats when they told me the truck was ready. Had I not called cause they sure never called me to tell me anything. I pick up the truck on my way home I herd the same noise that I brought it in for. They never did anything to the truck,they kept having me come back for this and that. The dealer never told me that the truck comes with a free 3 months or 4500 miles warranty. I found out 2 weeks after buying the truck.I brought it to the dealers attention he told me he can not honor the warranty after I purchased it. The way I found out is through car shopper magazines that comes out every week .The ad never said you had to bring it in while purchasing the vehicle. I purchased a extended warranty for a year was charged $750 but when I got my contract I was charged $852 dollars. I barely drives the truck. I found the the dealer was not professional at times and not up front . I would not recommend anyone to buy from this lot. I am very displeased with the service I received ,I do not like being lied to.I can not believe the dealer insinuated that I did something to the truck. Had I financed the truck I would not be going through this problem. I hardly drive the truck it more of a family truck.Desired Settlement: I would like for the dealership to honor the free 3 month warranty on the vehicle. Fix the noise thats coming from the front of the truck,or refund me my money back minus the difference for the time I had use of the truck.

I am rejecting this response because:I am tired of getting the run around and being lied to.To whom it may concern,first of all I was told by Car stop I have 30 days from the purchase date to purchase the extended warranty which I did purchase .The dealer said I was fifty dollars short,what does that have to do with anything.I paid the fifty dollars.upon picking up the truck. My complaint is the service that they never rendered to me.the dealer told me that he would fix the noise that was coming from underneath the truck.I get the truck and before I can get home I hear the same noise. The truck sat on the lot a whole week before I called them The dealership never called me to come get the truck,thats because they never fixed it ..The dealer said the he would have to call in a claim to see whats covered.A week went by without a response. I called the warranty company to see if a claim was filed the warranty company said no claim was filed.
