I am rejecting this response because:
The company is falsifying information After I brought the car back to them, they DID say the power steering cap was not put on correctlyNothing was mentioned of any replacement of anything Which is proven to be true, as from the inspection made by the Infiniti dealership which indicates the power steering IS leaking If it was replaced, it should NOT have any issues The person that referred me to this dealership, along with the other person, of whom the dealership says has been doing business with them for years, have turned out to be swindlers and I feel very strongly with everything considered that both parties were given a cut from the sale of this car REGUARDLESS of the amount of time since the purchase, in which time I've been trying to get resolve from the party whom scammed me into this purchase, as they have claimed they would contact dealer and resolve issue In which time they have not, hence my last resort to this institution for help in this matter The car has only been driven miles They have a mechanic on site, no car should be sold under these conditions and I was lead to believe they were honest in their business practice, apparently they are not They need to refund my purchase and take car back

Car Store to look at the 2004 Infiniti 135 that she had seen posted on Craig's List. She came in with her child and friend. They all went together for a long test drive. When they returned she said she liked the car and we agreed on the numbers. for the total of $7699.84 They left once again with the vehicle to get a cashier's check for the agreed price, But did not take delivery of the car.The next day the customer and her friend arrived with a third party. This person that accompanied them also checked the car and they went for a test drive again. The gentleman that accompanied them has been a customer at The Car Store for nearly 15 years and referred  many people to us. They returned from the test drive and re-negotiated the price due to some issues and we agreed again for the total price of $7140.41 and since the cashier check was for the original agreed amount we did refund her $559.53 and they left very happy with the purchase.A week later the customer calls the sales person upset and in a rude manner claims that the steering wheel is turning hard and she has difficulty to drive the car and tells her that we sold her a Lemon car and that we are a bunch of crooks and will report us to the Revdex.com. During the sales transaction, a SOLD AS IS documentwas presented and signed by the customer. The sales person called me and reported the incident I asked her to call the customer and told her that one week passed and when she bought the car. The car SOLD AS IS interprets BUYING AS 1S and the Seller will not fix anything nor accept returns after the sale, but I told her to tell the customer to bring the car to us so we will check and find out what is the problem.The sales person didn't want to talk to he, she sent her a text message and told her to bring the car in and our mechanic will take a look. Her friend comes alone the next day, our mechanic diagnoses the car and finds out the power steering Pump is leaking, I asked him to order a new Pump and he replaced the steering wheel pump with the new pump. Not the tightening of the CAP as the customer has claimed. No parts and labor was charged. He left happy with the results. Since then we have not heard anything from the customer.Four months later on October 2nd 2014 we received a letter from the Revdex.com dated September 29th 2014.
