Review: Originally went to Car Tech and put a down payment on a used 2007 ford f150. They agreed for me to only make a down payment of $50 and I would return later that week and finish the deal. However something came up and I was no longer able to make the deal. So after a week or so I called about checking up on my refund. They claimed that it was only going to take a few days. So on 9/**/14 they refunded my deposit but right after it was taken right back out. I've been back and forth with these guys almost every other day and I constantly get told that its going to take a few days. I told them on 10/*/14 if I didn't receive my deposit back by today 10/*/14 that I would take legal action. That lead me to filing a complaint to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: To get my $50 refund and not have to deal with the wait or this company anymore.

Review: I was interested in getting a vehicle from this dealership. On their website it stated "everyone gets approved" When I went to check the car out and said I was interested they said I had to put down $50 that would be non-refundable if I changed my mind about purchasing the car. A few days later he told me he would be unable to process my application. After that no one has contacted me. I've left messages and emails with no response. My thing is I am not interested in purchasing this car anymore and I didn't change my mind because I wanted to or found something better. They didn't honor their word about "everyone gets approved" so they were the ones who changed their mind about selling me the car, so why have I not received my money back?Desired Settlement: I would like my refund due to the fact that this dealership did not honor their word about "everyone gets approved" and they were the ones who changed their mind to sell me the vehicle, so therefore I should get my $50 back.

Your application for auto financing was processed and no approval could be rectified. We have a 99.9% approval rating and there is allways that .1% of customers which cannot get approved because of credit circumstances, in this case she had a co-signer and still cannot get approved, the deposit is to hold the vehicle until we get the approval, sometimes people changed thier mind on a vehicle and are allways welcome to switch thier deposit toward a different vehicle of thier choosing. There are many other ways to purchase a car besides financing a car. The deposit left here will be re-honored if you decide to purchase a vehicle in the future from us and we will re-apply your credit application again.

Review: I LEFT A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE. I HAVE A SIGNED BILL OF SALE INDICATING THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE. I NOTIFIED THE MERCHANT THE NEXT DAY THAT I CHOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE AND REQUESTED A REFUND. I WAS TOLD A REFUND CHECK WOULD BE ISSUED TO ME. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS IT WAS NOT SENT. I REQUESTED THE REFUND AGAIN SEVERAL MORE TIMES BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND CHECK.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF THE $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

Review: Using a published internet ad, the car price was confirmed with "[redacted]" the salesman at $14,990. No discussion of warranties or any other fees was offered or discussed. Upon pick up of vehicle, [redacted] did not discuss any additional fees for warranty or other added fees besides registration or tax. Papers were signed, not realizing the price had increased (before tax and registration) to $18,674.00. When I realized the mistake I was not able to speak with [redacted] until he returned to the office on Monday. At that time he stated the price included a warranty and the "really good rate" he got me for financing. I have fine credit and did not need assistance in getting a "really good rate"-I could have financed through my bank or credit union at a much better rate and not causing the car price to be inflated. My receipt is not itemized to show these additional charges. I insisted I was not asked about the warranty and I do not want a warranty for a place very far from my home, I would not have agreed to that either.[redacted] would not refund me the price difference on the car.Desired Settlement: I want the difference in the advertised agreed upon price ($14,990) and what I was wrongfully charged ($18,674.00)- $3,684.00.
