Car-Tech Collision of Akron

Took my car in this morning to get some minor work done on the bumper. What should have been a simple, straightforward discussion with the lady at the front desk turned into a major hassle. I don't typically write reviews but this was honestly the rudest treatment I have ever received as a paying customer. I requested to be notified of the extent of the internal damage once the plastic bumper was removed so I could decide if I wanted to replace the metal bumper support (why pay for labor and parts that were still sound?) The lady launched into an emphatic, animated explanation about insurance fraud. I told her I had no intention of defrauded anyone and she was very welcome to report back to the insurance company about anything that wasn't replaced. But she wouldn't let it go. After going around this several times, she reached back into my car, grabbed her clipboard and marched off yelling. I was absolutely flabbergasted. Got back in my car and called the insurance company to have them cancel the check. Within a few minutes the crazy lady was back, shouting at me that this was not a public parking lot and that if I didn't move she'd call the police. Sure enough, 10 minutes later a police officer pulled up to find out what was going on. Unbelievable!!

I’ve had 2 of my vehicles fixed at CarTech after being damaged from car accidents. I will only come here to have my vehicles fixed and it’s the only place I’ll recommend. I highly recommend. Not only does Car Tech Collision in Green, Ohio, have a clean, happy environment, the personnel are professional, understanding, hardworking, and dedicated. Jason, the owner, is truly passionate about his work and business, and it shines through with his caring disposition.
In February 2018, I was in an accident where the cameras, the sensors, the sonar, and all the high-tech computer equipment in the front end/front passenger side of my Infiniti QX60 was completely damaged after being struck by another vehicle. It all had to be replaced and they did a great job repairing everything. You couldn’t even tell that it was crushed and undrivable just weeks prior. However, come March and April, with warmer weather, I was having difficulties with my passenger side window. The window started behaving erratically. I would roll it down and then after rolling it back up it would come up but then immediately come a quarter of the way down and stay that way. No matter how many times I would roll it up, the window would come right back down. Weird. Thinking it was due to my car accident, as that was the side that my QX60 was struck, I brought my SUV back to car tech collision to see what was going on with it. Unsure what the issue was, and even though it may have been an issue with Infiniti, CarTech still handled everything. Jason, the owner, put me a rental while he sent my QX60 back to Infiniti for troubleshooting.
