Car To Cash

Review: I had sold my motorcycle to an individual from the business who had come to my house to pick up the vehicle. He had written me a check for $1200.00 as agreed upon. When I had gone to cash the check, it had bounced and I immediately called the business. They had claimed that the vehicle was not working properly and said that he would drop off the vehicle at my house, which was a week ago. He is now not answering his phone and not returning multiple phone calls. It has been more than 7 days since I have talked to him and this is the worst business practice that I have ever seen. There seems to be a complete lack of integrity, and I would not have had an issue if the vehicle was returned, as agreed upon. At this point, this is a stolen vehicle and I am also in the course of filing a police report with the Lemon Grove Sheriff's Department. I want to do my best to ensure that this business is not able to continue conducting their obviously shady business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my vehicle returned and a report filed with the Revdex.com, if possible.
