The contact phone number given in the emails were not useful to us So we used the phone number he actually called from which is 619-519-I also included a screen shot of text message I traded with *** after the trucking company contacted us trying to get $more from us

Review: I was quoted a total of $995 to have my car transported from NV to FL with a $145 deposit and $850 due cash on delivery of car through this company that is a broker. I was charged $245 instead and through a cleaning co (BIA Cleaning which I had nothing to do with them nor authorized $245 with BIA). When I contacted the broker to tell him I was overcharged for the deposit I was told that was an error in their system and that I would only be charge $750 cash on delivery of the car. Car was supposed to be picked up on Aug 27 but the driver did not show up and when contacted said he did not have an order for this delivery. The broker was contacted that same morning and promised to find another truck to pick up the car that same day stating he didn't understand why the original driver did not have the order. Car wasn't picked up until Aug 29 and we double checked that the total due would be $750 due to their error of overcharging the deposit and we were assured that the total was $750. When the car was delivered we were charged $850. I only had $800 cash since I was expecting it to be $750 and the driver did not have change. The trucking company contacted us trying to get $100 they believed they were shorted and we explained the whole situation and that we did not give a tip it was that the driver did not have change and that we were only suppose to pay $750. The broker co was contacted and promised to fix and straighten out the discrepancy by giving the trucking company the overage he charged us but he still has not fixed it.Desired Settlement: Would like broker company Car Transport Direct to refund us the extra $100 they charged us so we can pay the trucking company the money they were promised by the bid the broker offered them since Car Transport Direct ([redacted] is who we dealt with) has not sent the trucking company the money he said he would.
