Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I WAS NOT TOLD I WOULD BE GIVEN A REFUND THAT DAY, I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK TO DISCUSS ITI INFORMED THEM WHEN I CALLED THAT MY CARD WAS CANCELLED SO I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THEY WOULD TRY TO PUT THE FUNDS BACK ON THE CARD INSTEAD OF SENDING A CHECKIF I WERE THE BUSINESS AND THE REFUND WAS NOT GOING THROUGH I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER AND TALKED TO THEM TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON BUT AGAIN NO ONE INFORMED ME (EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY TOLD THEM THE CARD WAS CANCELLED) WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THAT I WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND WHICH I AM PLEASED WITH BUT WE HAVE NOT ESTABLISHED HOW AND WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE THE $(I'M ASSUMING BY CHECK)I CONTACTED CAR TREATYTODAY AFTER CALLING TWELVE TIMES BACK TO BACKI SPOKE TO A [redacted] WHO STATED I WOULD NOT BE ISSUED ANY REFUND UNTIL THEY HEAR BACK FROM THE Revdex.comI INFORMED MR [redacted] THAT BASED OFF MY LETTER THAT I RECEIVED, I HAD DAYS TO RESPOND, I INFORMED HIM ONCE I RECEIVE THE $CHECK I WOULD SHOW THIS COMPLAINT RESOLVEDHE STATED CAR TREATY WON'T SEND ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS ON HOLD UNTIL HE HEARS FROM THE Revdex.com I SAID OK, AND THIS COMPLAINT WILL STAND UNTIL I RECEIVE THE REFUND DUES (PREFERABLY WITHIN A FEW DAYS)

To Whom it may concern,Our call records show a one time call to our company on 07/07/We advised the customer we would gladly cancel the service however, the customer would need to fill out a cancellation form and send it back to us for a full refundWe have not received that yetAs a courtesy we have refunded the customer back to the card that he used with us despite not receiving the REQUIRED paperwork, and he should see it any day now just to satisfy the complaintOur company advises all customers of the 7-business day refund period once the required paperwork is receivedWe have not been given enough time by this customer to even do our jobWe have done this customer no wrongPlease remove this complaint as it is not warrantedAttached is proof that this customer has been refundedRegards,

Promised money back with 7-business days when service was cancelled within thirty daysWhen I called customer service on the business day, they informed me that despite the information given it now takes or more days to receive the refundUnprofessional and more than anything inconvenientGlad I didn't stay with their policy

At our company, we provide vehicle service contracts based on the customers wants and needWe know our customers can have a change of heart at anytiimeAll that we ask is that we are notified in a timely mannerWe offer a day, no questions asked refund to anyone who wishes to cancel the policy [redacted] is correct in most of his statementHe was contacted on 04/03/He was given options on a policy such as cost and coverageHe did elect a down payment of $to activate the policyHowever in listening to our recordings (all calls are recorded for our safety and the customers) he was given our toll free number to give us a call at anytimeSo I am not sure why the customer would dial a "713" numberAlso the customer states that he did not receive anything until 05/07/our records indicate that the policy was sent out via email and mail on the same dayWe did not receive our first call from him until 05/07/2015, at which point the customer was beyond the return period and thus would not be granted a refundWe have never had an issue giving anyone their money back and we never willWe pride ourselves on our customer service and making sure that everyone is treated with respect and we are more than courteous to everyoneAlso we are very upfront about everything we doWhen the customer called us we let him know that while he was outside of the day return period (which was discussed with him during the initial call) we would still be willing to give him a full refundWe refunded the card immediately that day We processed the refund card ending in ***Unfortunately we recevied a response from our merchant saying that the transaction could not be processed due to an invalid cardWe had no knowledge that the customer had cancelled his cardWe have attached records to show that there were attempts to resolve this matter before it got to this point

To whom it may concern, We spoke to the customer on the the very next business day after signing up for the policy which was on Monday 05/11/She stated that she did want to cancel the policyWe proceeded to do so and let the customer know the time frame in which they would receive the refundWe have never had any problems canceling and refunding a customers moneyThere is nothing suspicious about our company and we are upfront about all of our policiesWe then get another call from the customer on 05/12/saying that she has disputed the charge already with their bank and would be getting their money back that wayRegards,

These people are just a bunch of scammersThey did the hard sale on my Mom for a extended warranty on her car in less than a month after she bought itWe have been trying to get a refund for her now canceled policy with nothing but promisesFirst call they said we would get a check in business days, second call after that said we would get it in - business days, third call said we would get it in - weeks My poor elderly Mom needs the money they scammed her out of and I suspect she will never get it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY TALKED TO MY YR OLD FATHER AND CONVINCED HIM TO GIVE THEM HIS CREDIT CARD AND THEY CHARGED HIM $2,! - I CALLED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORTED FRAUD AND THEY CANCELED HIS CARD - they pray upon the elerly

Name of the company skipped during sales presentation No access to the blanket contract After research of the company that actually issues the contract not at all what I desired Two calls for a down payment to be refund (the first call within hours) and no resolution

I still do not know how they got my information to send me a million letters telling me my coverage will endBut I do believe it was because I got my title switched over after buying car from a friend [redacted] didn't care that I told her no thank you she said she can waive deposits since I'm college studentTold her I just was laid off from work so they lowered monthly amount ( mind you it took her seconds to get a supervisor on the line to approve itThe following business [redacted] I called to cancel it because I just didn't need it and [redacted] harassed the hell out of me with her hard sales demeanor and she even went as far as telling me ," oh so u signed up while u were unemployed so you must can afford it." Then when I told her I just don't want it she said," oh so you want to cancel something but you haven't even received the information in the mailLol I said look I just don't want it and before I could continue she yelled at me to hold then she left me on hold n I cussed at her and called backWhen I called back the other lady would not tell me her name do I told her she could not have mine and when I asked for supervisor [redacted] jumps on the phone and yelled I hung up on herLol they never transferred me they only keeped me on holdLol they are a scam and when I called back to ask for information they are Bill me for, they said no because they cancel or shall I say " I backed out of my policy" [redacted] right I did n I'm gladI also called my bank and canceled my cardGood riddens

Revdex.com: Funds do not need to be exchanged for the buyer to look over detailed paperworkThey collect funds immediately while the buyer waits for the paperwork in the mailThen they want paperwork filled out and sent in to close the account when the policy was never activated for useThe documentation should be sent in PDF to the buyer for immediate viewing like I did with the cancellation paperworkWaiting minutes and seconds on hold to talk to someone after waiting weeks to see the policy just to get your own money back is terrible businessI feel sorry for the short staffed folks answering the phone I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved but not forgotten Regards, [redacted] ***

When I learned they are not actually underwriters of Volkswagen regarding extended warranty I called their customer cr On hold more than minutesNo one ever picked up

This company will give you the runaround every time you call them I was told 2-business days for a full refund of my deposit Then weeks Then weeks Then UP TO days Now it's been days and what's the waiting time? 4-weeks I predict next time I call it will be "Up to weeks on average" If I do not receive my full refund by the supposed 4-weeks since filing my cancellation, that will be last straw and they will have a permanent, formal complaint to the Revdex.com and any other organizations interested in leads of SCAMS and CONS This is unacceptable
