Car Wash at Quail Northwest

Drive through car wash left car very dirty and found some type of bracket in my tire upon exiting. [redacted] who was the person I dealt with VERY RUDE !!!In dealing with [redacted] & [redacted] they both Questioned my honesty even though I provided them with the place that patched said tire made no effort to investigate matter claimed they mailed a check for reimbursement of useless wash refused to pay for the patching of my tire to this date haven't received any check called three weeks later [redacted] screamed at me and was very UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Desired SettlementNot really expecting any real response as I have stated any company that handles things in this manner probably is not looking for return business I can only assume more the principle of matter....Business Response [redacted] spoke to me regarding the wash and the object found in his tire. A refund check has been issued for the car wash. As far as the tire is concerned; when I originally spoke to [redacted] in late May, he mentioned he took his car to be washed and then went home so his wife could take the car out to do some shopping. His wife brought the tire issue to [redacted]'s attention after she was out shopping. I mentioned to [redacted] since I could not see a direct link between the time he took the car in for a wash and when the object was noticed in the tire, I would not cover the $10 patch. At this point, [redacted] was very upset and hung up on me. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)No I did not state that the tire damage was discovered after she went shopping I in fact told the man after I was giving the runaround to actually talk to him was the tire damage was discovered before she left to go shopping but I am not surprised at him mixing up the facts given the way they handle things he told me he would call me back which he never did nor have I yet to see his supposed check he claims he sent some 18 days ago !!!Final Business Response Customer called on 6/18/14 and mentioned he had received the refund check; after listening to him talk for about two minutes, he hung up before I had a chance to further discuss this issue. As far as we are concerned, the issue is closed.
