We are in receipt of your letter dated Friday, May 12, 2017 regarding the May 2016 purchase of a 2008 BMW X3. is enclosed. As you can see, there is no mention of replacement of mirrors. What we did say to the customer was that we would bring the BMW to the dealership to be reprogrammed which we did do. At no time did we guarantee or agree to replace the mirrors. The mirrors are moveable while driving, and are not a safety issue. It is that the mirrors have advanced settings which are programmable by BMW. The customer's letter states that he took the vehicle to the dealership and that they fixed the mirrors. Additionally, they are not covered under NYS warranty, a copy of which is enclosed.Also, we certainly never agreed to replace the vehicle. There would be no reason to do that. The car is very nice. The car was purchased over one year ago, and the customer's request for a full refund is unwarranted and un warrantied.
