We are in receipt of your letter dated Friday, May 12, regarding the May purchase of a BMW XThe customer states that ''just the mirrors needed to be replaced," Generally,if something specific is to be fixed prior to delivery, we would state it on the bill of sale, a copy of which is enclosedAs you can see, there is no mention of replacement of mirrorsWhat we did say to the customer was that we would bring the BMW to the dealership to be reprogrammed which we did doAt no time did we guarantee or agree to replace the mirrorsThe mirrors are moveable while driving, and are not a safety issueIt is that the mirrors have advanced settings which are programmable by BMWThe customer's letter states that he took the vehicle to the dealership and that they fixed the mirrorsAdditionally, they are not covered under NYS warranty, a copy of which is enclosed.Also, we certainly never agreed to replace the vehicleThere would be no reason to do thatThe car is very niceThe car was purchased over one year ago, and the customer's request for a full refund is unwarranted and un warrantiedWe are also enclosing a copy of the New York State inspection which passed on 5/31/16.Please call me at [redacted] if you have any questions regarding this matter.Thank you for your attention.Sincerely,Jay S*** For Car Wash Cars Inc
