Our customer’s satisfaction is always our first concernOur biggest regret is the customer has a misunderstanding of the situationWe are responding to this issue for clarificationAs we stated before the car was operable and cleaning when the customer leftThis is way she left a $tipThis is the first time after weeks we are hearing anything about a TOW and an inoperable carNone of this was in the first complaint or in the email the customer send to us and we didn’t receive an invoice, receipt or bill for this
We are aware that the customer’s car has a computer as do most carsWe subcontract certified technicians to resolve problems and do work outside our expertiseIn this case, if the car was brought to us we are confident it could have been resolvedWhen the customer picked up her car at 5:10pm on 11/30/from Car Wash ClevelandShe called back at 7:43pm, 7:and 11: I have enclosed the call log from Car Wash Cleveland to verify this fact
We only ask for the customer insurance information because of the damages she done to The Car We Loaned her to get around in because of the time it took to clean the carAs a courtesy, we felt no need to file a claim due to the customer’s issues of being unsatisfiedIn addition, we offered a credit for her next visit

I am writing regarding Complaint ID ***, Car Wash ClevelandI just spoke with someone at the Revdex.com and was told to send you an email to update you regarding this caseI have recently filed a a lawsuit in small claims court against Car Wash Cleveland to resolve this issueI felt as though arguing back and forth on the Revdex.com website was not leading anywhereThe merchant continued to make up excuses and lies and going back and forth wasn't resolving my issueI ask that you please still look into the company's lack of insuranceI will keep you updated about the results of the court caseI would hate for other customers to have to go though this tooPlease let me know if there is anything else you can do to protect others from this company

thing to do is to complain directly to the merchant. Talk to the manager or owner. Be polite but firm. Explain your problem and give the merchant a reasonable chance to resolve it.
As [redacted] explain she left our shop with no complaints at 7:30 pm even leaving a $40-dollar tip. Called us at 9 pm two hours later with a complaint of her engine light was on. We explain to her the NORMAL PROCEDURE for a situation like this would be to leave the heat running for an hour to dry anything in her car because it was shampooed at her request. Or to bring it back if that didn’t work. She agreed. (give the merchant a reasonable chance to resolve it.)
The next call we received was at 8 am in the morning stating that we owed her over $500 or more for water damage to her car. We consulted with the certified technicians she took her car to at 10 pm the same night. The technician said they ran a diagnostics test on the car and blow it out for 12 hours and the car was fine. The labor cost for that was around $500.
We asked [redacted] why she didn’t bring it back to us. She said she didn’t TRUST US. We dry cars out all the time for customers before giving them back for FREE or BLOW it out for FREE. You never had to pay $550 for what you could have trusted us to do for free.
We are sorry [redacted] for your inconvenience and for the price that the certified technician charged you to dry your car that we would have done for FREE. We also offer you a $100 credit towards your next service. We only wish you would have gaven the merchant a reasonable chance to resolve it.
