I waited in line for atleast 30 minutes which was fine. When I finally got to pay station it took 3 times for it to take my card. Then it said proceed into the stall. I couldn't as there was a vehicle in it already so I waited. Once I got in the stall the wash wouldn't even start. So I called the number posted on the wall. The lady said she couldn't help me as there only attendant was on lunch. Now that we are getting nicer weather they need to have more than one attendant. So she then said I could come back and get a free one but I never received a receipt so how was I to prove that. Besides I have other things going on to have to go back to disput this. Then she said I could pay for it again. Now why would I pay for it twice when it was not my fault. The woman kept tell me to calm down. She wouldn't even listen to me. Right now with covid going on and money is tight, I definately would not pay again and I have every right to be mad.
Probably not going back there again. Been more than one bad experience and this one just did it for me.

To whom this may concern,  This is in regards to ID #[redacted] I was not at work on the day of May 3rd or 5th. I was unaware of the issue until I was contacted by [redacted]'s banker (unsure of the date). She explained to me what the situation was. I asked if she could give me [redacted]'s phone number so...

I could call her myself. I was informed that that information could not be given to me. I asked if she could call [redacted] and have her call me; she said she would do that. I then went and found her credit card copy. It showed no tip. I showed it to Nick and he said he did not recall putting in a tip. I then received a call from [redacted]'s boyfriend about the issue. I asked to speak with [redacted], but he told me she was too shy to talk to me. I told him that I found the original receipt and it showed no tip added. I also told him that if Nick had put in a tip by accident and deleted it, it would show up on her account for 7-10 business days, as per our credit card processor. If after that period it still showed up on her account, she should contact me right away. He said that was fine. I thought the issue was resolved, until I received a letter from the Revdex.com (on 5/22/17). At that point I contacted my credit card processor and told them to refund [redacted]'s entire bill of $43.96. It was deposited into her account on the 23rd. I 100% trust Nick as an employee and feel that he is in no way untrustworthy.  Sincerely, Lori [redacted] General manager

Review: I was at the Car Wash Plaza on Argonne rd Sponane on July 6th around 11am. I pulled up to the pay station, which had a sign on the end of it saying that EXTENDED mirrors should be folded in. I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado with standard mirrors. I payed for their $12 wash and pulled into the bay. While pulling in the presoak is spraying my windshield so I managed to roll up onto the right side guide bar, I noticed what I had done, and backed up until my tire was back within the guide rails. I proceeded to pull forward until the lit sign told me to stop. The machine activated and as it came past my doors it hit my passenger side mirror, breaking the glass and the piece inside the mirror that attaches the glass to the body. I backed up to stop the machine and got out of my truck to look at the damage and saw a lot attendant. I explained to him what had happened and he gave me his boss' phone number and told me to call him. I called, and the first thing he says is he had signs for EXTENDED mirrors to be folded, but he would look at the video. He looked at the video, which was from the front and said my tire was up on the rails, which is a lie, I could clearly see the rail in the video, and my tires were inside the rails. The mirror is $571Desired Settlement: I would like the mirror replaced on my truck.

This person drove himself into the car wash and was far to the right. The gantry runs on a track and does not move left to right. There is a sign that cautions about mirrors being folded in. Review: Went to the car wash plaza on the 2nd of January. Around 2:00, used the the works wash. After the wash around an hour later noticed the wash had completely took off my clear coat on my front end. Try to get in contact with management, took me a couple tries before anyone returned my phone call. The supvisor on site, had no concern for my issue. Accused it being my fault and not there problem to fix. [redacted] the supervisor, treated me not like a consumer of the car wash but as some worthless person. Had no respect for my issue, he said he would respond to me in two days. I had to call him multiple times throughout the week after the two days to even hear a word back from him. When I did hear back from him, he inched again didn't take responsibility for the issue or had any concern to help resolve it. He just once again, told me I was wrong. That I don't understand there mechanics, asked about the surveillance, he comes back saying it was blurry and that he thinks he say something on my front end. Basically putting the blame on me, instead of helping the customer fix the issue they created.Desired Settlement: Disired outcome I would like to see is a repair on the damage they have created, a apology for the disrespect and no customer service I have received. Extremely upset about this issue, and the response I have gotten back from the buisness.
