I made an appointment to have a minor electrical problem looked at on Mercedes, brought my car at 10:Monday, three days later no one had even looked at my car so I picked it upWhen I called the owner to complain he answered the with Hello, when I asked if this was Don *** he answered, that depends on who is calling very rude no business owner should talk to someone like that when I tried to tell him of my bad experience he hung up on me!

I have used East Hill Automotive on two of my three cars, with excellent results I have found them honest and competent They quote the price before beginning, and finish on schedule I would recommend them to others

I have lived in Pensacola most of my life and as you know it can be hard to find a good automotive center you can trust. I have found these guys to be very thorough and honest. Their mechanics are knowledgeable, and the management is timely. I gladly refer my friends to them all the time....

I dropped a 1991 Chevy S10 in to have a nonworking speedometer checked. It was checked and Adam promptly communicated what he had found the problem to be. He informed me of the scarcity of the required part and offered several solutions. We agreed on an option to fix the problem. He went out of his way to promptly correct the problem at a reasonable price. My experience tells me this is a customer service oriented business.

East Hill Automotive is the best automobile service I have used. I have lived in Pensacola since 1996 and have used several automotive shops. I have had a great service with them and would recommend them to anyone. They are honest and dependable. I will continue to use East Hill for my mechanical needs. I have a 2002 Toyota Camry and this shop keeps it running. The best place in town.

Review: I took my vehicle into this car wash and my vehicle was after receiving the service and they state they did not damage my vehicle and they refuse to show me their cameras to prove they did not damage my truck.Desired Settlement: I will like them to pay for the damage of my vehicle

Review: Attempted use of car wash facility starting with change machine which only returned $2.75 after a $5.00 bill was inserted. Use of equipment which non-functional. No telephone number or contact information listed on the building for resolution of problem. After looking up number called repeatedly with no answer and no ability to leave a message. A total rip-off!Desired Settlement: Refund of money not given by change machine, refund of money use on poorly functioning equipment, business owner to maintain equipment in operable condition and post contact information clearly on building.
