called and talked to me. I apologized if she felt my manager was not as responsive as she wanted and agreed that she could take her car to an independant Jeep dealer and we would pay for it an inspection and we did in the amount of $300.00. The dealer reported no problem. [redacted] and I also agreed to refund her for her oil change and we did.Carwurx work very hard on their reputation and we feel we did all we could in a bad situation.My name is [redacted]. Review: On Wednesday 12/2/15 I went for an oil change at Car Wurx Plus for an oil change. After driving 2 miles my oil light went on and at 3 miles my car was beeping and I could smell burning. I quickly pulled over and my husband checked my oil. I had no oil in my car. I called Car Wurx Plus immediately and explained to the manager Dave what happened. He flatly told me "you had oil when you left". Accepting no responsibility or sense of urgency even though it was only minutes since I left their establishment. After demanding they come and fix my car (the manager did not offer to send someone) they discovered the old gasket was never removed so my oil immediately leaked out. I have this all on video. I called on 12/2 and 12/3 asking Dave to provide the owner's phone number and he refused to provide it. After requesting an apology I finally got one from Dave and he offered me a free oil change and a few car washes that I had go in to pick up their certificates he would not send them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited for my oil change and also I would like to have my car looked at by a Jeep dealership to see if there is any permanent damage. I would like Car Wurx Plus to cover the expense for having my car looked at and any damage that may have occurred.
