This is the third vehicle we bought from this dealership. Every car we have bought is still on the road today. Each car we did buy the extended warranty for they are used cars one can only check so much. All I can say is thank you Paul for the great service. Will continue to Use CARXPRESSS for future cars..

Review: I purchased a 2007 Jeep from Car Xpress in August 2014. When we went to test drive and purchase the vehicle, there were a few repair items that were to be [redacted]e. They have fixed one item so far, but take forever to schedule to fix the remaining since they have to bring it to other shops, in the immediate vicinity of them, to repair. [redacted], who is the salesman, is rude and condescending. I would like the items to be repaired, in a timely manner, by professional people that know what they are doing, without having to deal with [redacted]. The interior of the car wasn't even cleaned!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to get the items fixed, that were promised at purchase by [redacted], without having to inconvenience my husband and myself any further. I would like to be able to bring it to someone trusted and have them pay for it as well as an interior detail, to clean small blood marks from the interior ceiling. It is not good hygiene.

Review: I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country from Car Xpress Auto Sales. Within DAYS of the purchase there was issues. There was a clicking in the steering column. We called the dealership. With the issue and the list of other things that were wrong with the van. The left turn signal would not turn off, the window on the drivers side would not roll up, the doors will not unlock with the remote (even after new batteries in the remote) the entertainment system Cassette player & DVD player will not work. After being given the run around and forcing us to take the van to a local dealership to see if a 9 year old van was still under warranty they refuse to fix anything else. The cracking in the steering wheel is a joint that can cause the steering to lock up. They refuse to fix anything. In fairness they did replace the turn signal switch and change a few light bulbs. The van was purchased on December the 21st, 2013. They were first contacted concerning these issues BEFORE New Years. Some of the issues with this van are safety issues. We are now forced to pay for a van that is not even safe to drive! Is there any suggestions on how we can get some help with this issue. The first payment isn't even due yet! We have taken the van back to them once and called multiple times only to be told "Well you purchased a USED van" It was listed on Kelly Blue Book Site with all of the amenities listed. Most of which will not work.Desired Settlement: We would like this an to be fixed. I am not wanting anything that would not be fair to both parties. We even offered to take the van somewhere here and have it repaired and they can pay for it. At this point we are looking at a few thousand dollars to be repaired. We did not hide anything from them when trading off the car that we had and they hide a laundry list of issues from us. The warranty will expire on the 20th of January. Just fix it please!

Review: I bought a car from them in February 2014 that had been passed for inspection by them in December 2013. In April 2014 I took the car to Pep Boys and they said I needed new brakes rotors and tie rods. Also have it in the shop now for a tranny seal leak and the mechanic said it looks all dry rotted and like it should not have passed their inspection in December 2013. I feel like I've been scammed by these guys because I do believe they passed inspection only to slap a sticker on it.Desired Settlement: I would like to take my car in and get it properly inspected so that I know it is safe to drive on the road with my kids and I would like them to pay for the inspection and any work that may need done. I would like to have my money reimbursed for the brakes rotors tie rods and tranny leak seal.
