Thank you very much to Fred,Joe and all the hard workers at the Paw Paw dealership.
Had the car in the garage on the past Wednesday. The car is running great.

I found car zone very nice and very honest with me even though they could not help me out at this time I will go back when they can help me.

Review: My car was reposed by car zone, because I was late on my payments..soon after I borrow money to go get my car back, to my surprise my roof control panel got stolen from car zone dealership also a pair of [redacted] glasses, all change(money)

Cigarettes etc..after trying to get the dealer to fix my car, replace what hi stolen from in vain, because hi told me hi is not paying for it...I have pics and witnesses of the event mentioned above, so my next step is to take him to court because is a expensive repair and I owed nothing because I keep making my payments regardless...hi tried to say it was the repo truck guys but that's another lie because I took my car ti the dealer myself when I found out they where looking for me, I personally gave the dealer car zone the keys to the car and I have witnesses for all of it.Desired Settlement: The dealer needs to assume his responsibilities given the fact that my car was violated on his premises With no sings of braking in the car..the car was never picked by the dealer I took it to him myself because they where looking for my car.. So nobody else touched the car but car zone..

Review: I brought a [redacted] from this business on April 7, 2016; test drove and everything was fine. After buying the car and giving George and Karen the owners a check from my credit union. The car start having problems with the transfer case which is part of the transmission. I spoke to George who stated that I could take the car to his mechanic and it would be repaired. George was completely aware of the dashboard lights that were displaying and claim I could still drive it in that conditions. Took my car to Car Care on Midlothian TRPK in Richmond VA per George, and was told that a part would be ordered. Received a call from Car Care 3 days later stating that no part was ordered and that George was not willing to pay for the part. Conference George and Car Care on the phone and no one wanted to say anything as to; if the car would be fixed. The call ended and I was told to pick the car up because for some reason now Car Care could not get a correct code and they were trying to "GOOGLE" the reason for the codes they were receiving. Went back picked my car up and was basically was told they did not have a resource for continuing repair or diagnostics on the car. The car is now sitting because I am afraid to drive it and George is not willing to communicate nor fix this problem that was an existing problem when I purchased the car. I gave George a check from my bank for the entire cost of the car and after that he was basically done with me; although I called the next day after purchase and told him about the lights that came on once the car was started and in moving motion. I am hurt and very upset because I paid for an extended warranty and he told me he would fix the problem. After research on a transfer case for a [redacted] and seeing the cost I believe this may be the reason for George not following the agreement as well as the warranty. Tried getting the warranty to cover and was told they would not cover; although it is a covered part per the warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like the my X3 repaired which means replacing the transfer case which is part of the transmission. This is covered under the warranty and I can provide a copy of the warranty. In which Car Zone has a copy as well. This is my middle age gift to myself and I want to be happy about my investment. I understand its used but a verbal and written agreement was conducted. Car Zone (George) needs to keep his promise of having the car repaired. Especially since he was aware of this problem before selling the car to me. Although we took a short test drive; these lights never appeared until after driving off the lot the next day. The lights that are appearing are "ABS Brakes/ 4x4" which is the transfer case has to be replaced. I have taken the car to a familiar mechanic Sanko who specialize in foreign cars and was told that it is the transfer case after diagnosing it on a system that is specifically for [redacted] mechanical failures. I would like George and Car Zone to pay for the parts as agree
