[A default letter is provided here which indicates that the business has not responded to you directly If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Car Zone, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Today, December 3, is the one-month anniversary of the car I purchased from Car Zone, November 3.

Before today, the 30th day, I have had 10 appointments to have the car serviced. This week I have two more appointments.

I think the test of buying a pre-owned car the experience once you take possession of the car. My experience since taking possession of the Car Zone vehicle has been burdensome. Just the time I've had to take off my job for the 10, now 12, appointments is raised questions. Naturally, my coworkers ask, didn't you just get that car. And the second question that always comes is, what is the dealer doing to do about it. The answer, nothing.

The owner of Car Zone, [redacted], stated that I was too picky. Personally, I think that's an inappropriate statement to say to any customer who just spent thousands with your business.

As the customer, I have a right to be picky.
I have a right to not to expect to spend every week in a car shop with a car I just purchased.

I have a right to be selective about the vehicle that transports my life and the lives of my family.

I have a right to expect the car to function with ease that doesn't irritate me.

I have a right to want the residue of water damage to be cleaned properly versus a mere whip with a towel.

I have a right to ask the question, why was the GPS cover on top the car glued on with super glue that caused water to leak in the car prior to me buying it. If the CarFax states no accidents why would the GPS cover have been removed, glued on, let water seep in over a period of time prior to my purchase. Why?

I have a right to be picky to want to use my phone in the car, the GPS.

I have a right that if the owner of Car Zone tells me something will be done on a certain day that it will be done. That is called, keeping your word. It wins customers. That wins repeat business.

If I had this to do over again, would I make the purchase no.
Will I refer Car Zone no.
Will I share my experience in hopes that others will not have this experience yes.

This is the 4th preowned car I've purchased the other three, no issues and one of those three is in my driveway now.

The vehicle was sold on Jan 7, 2013 with 65241 miles in good condition for $9295 not $14000 as stated in the complaint. The vehicle was Delaware inspected Nov 22, 2013 and passed safety inspection. At the time of sale the customer was informed in writing that Maryland Inspection was her...

responsibility (see attached copies) up to $300 and if the inspection cost exceeded $300 Car Zone would assist with the cost if presented to us within 30 days. Although the inspection was not completed within time frame agreed and the customer had driven the vehicle over 2000 miles we requested from the customer the cost of the wheel. While it's very possible the wheel was cracked after the sale we were willing to honor our agreement.
If an estimate for the tire and rim are provided and exceed the $300 as stated, we will assist with the difference.

Review: Bought a vehicle from Car Zone,, got the car inspected in Maryland. The car failed due to a cracked rim. We bought this car and signed all the papers with the understanding that the car was safe

I went to the place of business and was told I had to get an estimate for the rim . They did not want to do anything

I called and left a message for the manager and received no return callDesired Settlement: I want them to either fix the rim or supply rims and tires for this vehicle to pass inspection
