I am rejecting this response because: I don't find it necessary for me to respond to his attorney with any further correspondence or documentation other than what has already been established within this complaintFor the record, I contacted the PA Attorney General’s office on 12/11/AFTER receiving notice from the Revdex.com on the same date that, and I quote, “our requests have been ignored”And on the Revdex.com’s advice that; “If you do not hear back from us, it means that our attempts at conciliation have been exhausted and you may wish to contact an attorney or your local or state office of consumer affairs to pursue the matter further.” At that juncture, I had no other recourse to resolve the matter than to contact the AttyGeneralIt wasn’t until 12/16/that a representative from Cara Mia’s finally responded in writing to the Revdex.comAll this is clearly documented within the Revdex.com complaint as well as the complaint to the Bureau of Consumer ProtectionAs stated in my original complaint to the Revdex.com, and I have stated all along through this process, I'm willing to accept the credit and have this matter closedThat includes closing the complaint filed with the PA Attorney GeneralIt appears the reluctance to resolve this issue lies with Cara Mia’s in that it has taken them days to give their latest belated responseI certainly wish to bring this matter to a closeAs I stated before in my last correspondence, if they actually mail the $credit via certified mail to the Revdex.com, and then, the Revdex.com can forward it to me, it will prove that they really want this issue resolved as much as I doThen, after receiving the credit, I will respectfully contact the PA Attorney General and inform them that the case has been resolved through the Revdex.comThis response should suffice for the request for "something in writing"
