Honestly the most useless management I've ever experienced across multiple states. Any problems with neighbors have to get solved by ourselves or involving the police. Even for repeat offenders with documented police reports.

They promised to send our security deposit back in 30 days, but never receive it. Neither the calls or emails work. It seems impossiblt to ask your money back from this company, and we’re still struggling. Desired settlement: send my security deposit back!

Review: I have vacated [redacted] Apartment in June 2013 and this is Feb 2014, Carabetta have sent my security deposit to wrong address for which I was penalized and asked to pay stop payment fee which I paid by check.The lady who received my check signed Postal Signature left Carabetta so they don't know where my check was gone so I'm forced to send one more check. (I have to FAX the proof that Check was received) Suddenly in November 2013 first check for Stop Payment was cashed, but since then No proper communication from Any one till date about my Security Deposit Check.I have sent 100 emails and called more than 100 times they only work on Tuesdays and Thursdays in ** office and lady in CT office went on leave no body was responsible enough to give me proper answer.I told Carabetta to deduct Stop Payment fee from my Security Deposit and send the remaining but they don't want to listen they say they have policies they follow procedure but I don't understand why it is taking all the time in the world to send my Security Deposit after following Procedures and Policies.Complaint involve Health issue SEVERE STRESS for more than 6 MONTHS every day waiting for my check and trying to reach someone who will give me some responsible answer...THEY KILLED MY TIME HOUR AND HOURS FOLLOWUP EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, FAX, CHECK POSTAGE I don't know who will pay for all these.Desired Settlement: Please send my SECURITY DEPOSIT asap.
