We stand by our original offer of returning coins upon receiving back our check or cash equivalent to the invoice There is no such thing as a price guarantee match with what other stores pay Every store has different want and needs and we will not pay the $ because that is what another store allegedly said we should pay This isn’t how stores work We offer a no cost, no obligation, to sell or not sell merchandise that day At that point, it was up to the customer to accept or reject the offer The customer accepted our offer Now after the fact, the customer cannot come back and say he or she wants more moneyThe customer accepted a fair offer, he or she was paid and the deal is done

When the customer came into the shop he did not know how to tell a silver coin from a regular oneI spent hour explaining the basics of the business. Since he was new at this, I suggested at least twice, he should go home and sort and evaluate his coinsHe then made a phone call to his
mother, who advised him to sell part of the coinsNever did I indicate what other companies bought and sold coins forWe made a fair offer that he accepted and was paid accordinglyAfter receiving his concerns, I offered to return his coins for return of the check or equivalent of the amount sold. He left our store with plenty of coins remaining to sell to his supposed source and use that money to repay us in exchange for his original coinsThe entire transaction is on videoWe have been in business for over yrs and have 5800+ positive feedback on our Ebay siteBecause we are a private business, we are entitled to offer what we feel is a fair price. Melt value of the coins would have been $ per roll($10) of quarters on that day. The amount probably would not have been offered by any coin dealer in the United States as there would not be a profit margin for the merchant. Please keep in mind that the price is the melt value that the smelters get. The smelters buy it at less than that number & we have to pay something less than the smelters to make a profitWe are sorry the customer has suffered “seller’s remorse” but again, we are more than willing to give back his coins as soon as he returns the funds for that transaction

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAs I stated before if I were to buy the silver back I would be loosing even more money because the price of silver has went way down since the day I sold my silver and taken advantage ofI will only accept the offer of being paid the $I am owed
Regards,

We stand by our original offer of returning coins upon receiving back our check or cash equivalent to the invoice.  There is no such thing as a price guarantee match with what other stores pay.  Every store has different want and needs and we will not pay the $250.00  because  that is what another store allegedly said we should pay.  This isn’t how stores work.  We offer a no cost, no obligation, to sell or not sell merchandise that day.  At that point,  it was up to the customer to accept or reject the offer.   The customer accepted our offer.  Now after the fact, the customer cannot come back and say he or she wants more money. The customer accepted a fair offer, he or she was paid and the deal is done.
