Review: [redacted] was contracted to plow our driveway this winter. On the first plow of the season his driver, whom he acknowledged was new, destroyed our new gravel driveway, digging ruts and pushing all the gravel up and off the driveway. I contacted [redacted] about this back in January, and he said to me 'I am a man of honor and I assure you I will repair your driveway'. Fast forward to April, and it's still not done. I contacted him via text and he told me on or about April 12 that I was scheduled for the following week. He never arrived and no longer responds to my repeated requests for him to honor his promise. Failure to resolve here will result in legal action.

Desired Settlement: I want him to properly and professionally repair the damage to my driveway or agree to pay to have someone do it.
