Mr*** purchased this GC at our Auburn location in May This GC actually expires in weeksIt clearly states on our brochures, website and on the actual GC that they are non-refundableOur website also indicates that GC's can be used at all locationsI spoke with Mrs***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution, although highly disappointing, will be accepted.  I plan to give the gift certificates to family members who have also been loyal customers of Auburn Caravail's (as I cannot make a 70 mile round trip commute). Please document/record this so that your reception staff, etc understands what has transpired and there is no confusion when my family members use these certificates.
