I am rejecting this response because:Just because you have a policy to gouge customers doesn't mean it is the right thing to do This is similar to promising a doctor you won't sue if something goes wrong A person cannot be required to give up his or her rights in order to get service Since you feel it is OK to gouge people this way, I may have no choice but to post a negative review on *** *** If you had any competition, you might not have this policy The bus runs every day and this is merely a way to cheat your customers

Customer had booked reservations online for two dates, January and January This is not the first time this customer has booked with usOur cancellation policy is stated on our website as well as in the confirmation email sent to the customer when the reservation is booked, and in the upcoming
travel reminder noticesCancellations must be requested by email at least hours prior to travelCustomer must agree to these policies when submitting the online reservation formOn Jan4, the customer did not show up for their scheduled ride, nor did they make any attempt to cancel"No-Shows" are charged the full price of their reserved seatOn Jan4, the customer emailed to cancel both of these trips (1/& 1/6)The cancellation came after the scheduled 1/trip and in within hours of the 1/trip; therefore the customer was charged the full price for the Jan"No-Show" and for the 1/trip which was cancelled within hours of pick upWe do charge a service fee when a credit card is processed
